My daughter's car blew up 5 hours away from home and I needed to rent a car hauler and bring them both home. I'd never rented a U-Haul before so I had a few questions and concerns. I didn't want to drive all the way up there and have something come up unexpectedly. So I ended up making multiple phone calls to ask about the process and requirements. They were really good about answering my questions and I felt confident enough to drive up the next morning. The next day everything went right according to plan and I was able to quickly pick up the trailer and head home. I likely won't be back in Nampa any time soon, but I'd use these guys again and I would use U-Haul again as well.

Don’t mislead them into thinking that dropping off after hours is okay. It’s a contract and they’ll through it your face with no human consideration. I called and I dropped it off at 6:00 of that day. But they still charged me a whole extra day on top of my two days. Plus a $20 service charge. I paid double for a van, I dropped off 30 min late. No I wouldn’t recommend this company or this location. They didn’t clearly communicate or care, and acted like it was okay and nothing would happen. Extremely Unprofessional Service

Carey at Nampa Kings location was very unkind when I asked her to explain why there was an additional charge made after dropping off the truck. She stated she spent so much time sweeping and mopping the back of the truck. She kept repeating it was a mess when I know she was referring to fragments of wood from our bed frame. Her attitude was unprofessional. There are better ways to express to the customer the reasoning and her way was not it. My fiance and I will be using a different drop off location in the future.

Needed boxes, received a warm welcome from Craig, complimented him on how nice the lobby smelled, and he said “it’s all the candles” cracked me up: had a question about the location of a UPS hub- then I realized I forgot my wallet and said I’d be back in 5. In the time I was gone Craig not only took the time to find not one but TWO options and wrote the directions and phone number down and even made sure I understood how to get there. I had already thought to myself “I should just Google it he’s busy” and I’m from SF where that level of service is hard to find. Craig made my experience a memorable one which put me in a great mood and will make me more enjoyable to all those around me for the rest of the day!This is the kind of place you want to do business, refer your friends, and write a well earned 5 star review. Wish I caught the guys name. We had an issue with our complimentary unit being too small at the twin falls location on Filer and we're looking at the cost of upgrading and had a few other logistical questions. A man with a beard came out and pointed us towards the register in the back corner in a way that insinuated we were stupid for not going right to it. The whole interaction he acted like it was a huge pain to be there and that we were stupid for not knowing we had to check in before 5:30pm to get into the unit (we had gotten the at 11pm the night before after a long move).We asked if there were any other storage units in the area and he said no. We googled it and found Kimberly road storage and had much better service there.

Love this place! Staff are hardworking, helpful, clean, I could go on and on about how amazing they are but then more people would show up and then I might have to wait in line?

Did a great job helping my sister with her u-haul tire blow out experience. The Manager is great, just don't use bad language when describing the condition of tires.

These ladies really are nice and caring. I had no problem getting a unit as a walk in customer, everything was easy understandable, she even came out and helped me with my lock when I couldn't figure it out. Highly recommended!

These folks were very understanding when we got tied up and gave us an extra 45 minutes to return trucks. Could not have asked for better or more friendly and understanding people. I will refer friends and family to them for sure. Facility was very clean, well kept and smelled amazing!

They have everything you need to move. Even things you didn't know you needed. If I move again, definitely will get my supplies there
