Reserved a utility trailer on a Saturday morning, after speaking with Nick. Showed up only to find no trailer. They had the only two on rent to different customers. Never received a call back from Nick as promised. So I just purchased a trailer.

When renting a trailer you should specifically state that all of the trailer wiring is a 4 pin so people know in advance that they'll need an adapter. I had to purchase a $15 adapter plug because there are no 7 pin trailer harnesses on trailers there. Or offer an adapter as a small fee or charge a $15 fee that is reimbursed when the adapter is returned with the trailer. It seems like a pretty lame tactic of nickel and diming people who don't always carry a trailer harness adapter with them at all times.

This 5"x8" trailer looks small when judged by eye from a distance, but it takes a tone of stuff when you start loading it. The U-Haul associates at Caldwell boulevard gave me hints of loading so the trailer won't cause my vehicle to sway at higher speeds and it worked throughout the 2000 mile journey.If you are moving, go U-Haul

I apologize to the male employee who came up to my vehicle (I parked between 2 uhaul trucks) to be friendly and ask if I needed any help. [10-02-2023 around 4:15pm]I had a negative situation going on and I passed that energy on to you, you didn't deserve that. Stay cool and wish you a better day.

I have yet to find or see anyone of the employees smile or be friendly and I've rented here a few times this year. The trailer had glass shards in it when it was issued to me and the male associate swept the shards straight on to the concrete and left it there. I had to redo his lazy effort at home to get rid of the extra glass. The pick up and drop off process was not friendly at all. The three regular employees there seem like they absolutely hate being there and acted as if my rental was and inconvenience. Body language and condescension is "great"customer service. Oh yeah, the male associate was smoking while working during drop off. Going to have to find a new UHAUL place or find a Mom and Pop spot to rent going forward.

Excellent customer service!!!!When I arrived, it was just one other client, and as soon as an agent saw me waiting she opened up a registered, and proceeded to help me and before I knew it, I was out the door. The truck was waiting for me and I was on my way. It was easy peezy pretty easy ?

The bed of the truck still had a tire and tree trimmings in it. It had zero gas and was told to go get it. When I questioned the mileage was told, "Take it or leave it."At the end of the rental, I was charged for insurance which I stated I did not want. When I questioned the charge, I was told to call the 800 number. The 800 number customer service stated only the location could refund the charge and then the location would not return the call. If you make an error, fix it! What a scam!BUYER BEWARE of this location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently went into Nampa’s Uhaul location on Caldwell Boulevard. As I was waiting for a customer service representative to fill up my propane tank, I pressed the call button once. I proceeded to click it a second time because I wasn’t sure if it had worked. After doing so, I was greeted angrily by Jane with Uhaul. She stated, “if you click that button one more time, you’re not getting any help.” I thought she was joking, so I asked if she was. She replied “no, I’m very serious.” I told her I rang the button twice, and she argued that I rang it at least three times. Although that was untrue, I decided to take my tank down the street to the Jackson’s gas station. I let her know that I was, and she replied “that’s your choice.” After asking another representative who the manager of the store was, he replied, “you just spoke to her”. Shocked and frustrated, I decided to leave. I’m writing this statement as a general update to how customers are treated at this Uhaul location. When the manager is responding to customers that way, it’s a major problem, especially when the customer is calm and controlled. II understand things are busy, but there’s always a way to speak to customers with civility and respect. I felt as though I didn’t receive fair treatment at this location.

We have used this UHaul location several times over the years. The customer service has always been good. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a local moving vehicle.

These guys did a fantastic job!! Got my hitch and wiring installed on my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee cuz dope! It didn't come with one. It was a great price, a beautiful job, plus they were quick at the job which I appreciated very much! The lady at the front is really nice and very helpful. Will definitely come back when I need to go to uhaul again in the future. Thanks guys! God bless you all.

Absolutely worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Twice I went there to get propane tanks filled and both times the person was so rude and unprofessional, the 2nd and last time I will ever go there the woman rudely told me “I’m busy so pushing the buzzer won’t help you, don’t push it” However at the propane fill station there’s a sign that clearly states “ring buzzer for propane service” The employees are rude and lazy, I would rather drive 20 miles further than ever return to this location.

This location is run by some cool, tough & knowledgeable ladies. They are very helpful & friendly. They even gave me advice on my hitch that they installed themselves. Glad I was referred here

Visited this location for some storage rental questions but decided not to rent because of horrible customer service. The guy at the counter kept avoiding anwers and told us help ourselves online. We would not have wasted our time visiting the office if we could have found all the answers online. But not all answers are available online and sometimes answers vary depending on locations. Just horrible customer service!
