We had two appointments scheduled today with the brow bar. There was a misunderstanding on my end with the appointment times. We showed up at what I thought was the time and the lady was very rude towards me. I apologized multiple times to her but she didn’t seem to care. She ended up having a few spots available. she was able to schedule my mom and I thought I was also scheduled but after my mom’s appointment she said I wasn’t on her schedule. Once again she was rude about it. I have been going there for a few years now to get waxing done and I also buy all my hair products there but after today I will never do business again. People make mistakes but we didn’t deserve to be treated so poorly.

My mom wanted to stop in and we didn't realize that it was the summer sale. The store was extremely busy and we were very overwhelmed. We were asked probably 30 times between different staff members if we needed help and if we were doing okay. It got to be too much, seriously. I have shopped there for years and was lucky to even get a hello so I'm not sure what this was about. Your neurodivergent customers do not need this. Once or twice is fine.
But, the woman who helped my mom pick out makeup was awesome. She was helpful and considerate. Definitely an asset to the team.

I have been looking for someone to cut my hair, not slaughter, for what seems like a decade. In fact, it almost has! I have very short hair as it is, therefore, when I'm slaughtered, there isn't anything that I can do but painfully let it grow out and hope that the next person I go to does a better job. There have been times many times that just when I thought someone may work out, around the third haircut, crap starts hitting the fan! Slaughter! I've been everywhere, from high-end to low-end. I decided one day to revisit Ulta, and..... AS GREAT FORTUNE WOULD HAVE IT,
I WAS SCHEDULED WITH MARIA! Not only is she beautiful inside and out, but this lady knows how to cut hair! I mean, with precision! She actually took the time to listen to me, really listen, not just hear what I was saying.
I recently had my second haircut. I know 3 is the magical number for me. However, there is no way I believe that Maria will suddenly fall apart on me. Her dedication and desire to her craft are remarkable! I appreciate everything that she has done for me. My hair hasn't looked this great in years! Thank you so much, Maria. Don't you dare leave without telling me! Lol
I also love the store and all the technicians and employees who have helped me throughout the years.
Thank you, Ulta, for doing an awesome job!!!

Stellar experience at the Nampa Ulta Beauty. I needed a retinol product and was cautioned to use a sun-blocker along with this product. The girls here are always very informative and very quick to help me find the correct products. Amazing customer service. Ask for Amanda; Super friendly!

I decided to go to ulta to get some new makeup for the summer, and as I walked in I felt uncomfy.
Me and my fiancé were just looking around for some specific items and had workers following us down almost every aisle, not even asking us if we needed help finding anything…just watching us.
Then as we were ready to check out, the cashier was extremely unprofessional and rude.
I said hi, and asked her how her day was and all she did was look me up and down and ask me if I’m using credit debit cash or a gift card.
I had a gift card and she said ok, while rolling her eyes.
While I was making the transaction all she did was lean against the counter picking at her nails.
Then when I was done she put the receipt on the counter and told me “have a good day.” In a monotone and rolling her eyes.
She was like those butthead teen cashiers in the 80’s movies you always see.
I don’t know what happened to piss her off, but that was not okay.
Not coming back.
