No QR code wish I saw the previous reviews

They won't let you use a QR code to drop off here even if your Amazon return confirmation says you don't need label or box. Wish Michael's would be honest about it instead of advertising that they do just to lure people into their store. I won't be shopping with them anymore. UPS - I would stop working with them.

Just go to the front teller they instantly help you, so you can even double-park right in front for quick pickup or drop off of UPS item.

Don't even bother trying to drop for Amazon returns. I was told their system doesn't work well for them to accept.
