I would give zero stars but it's not a option. The only bank ever that won't let you out money into a account if you are not on it. But that's why I will never bank at US Bank or Wells Fargo or the other big five. Bank local with real people and less government stupidity.

Told me banking is done online now, and that I needed to find the information on my own...recommended I hire an assistant. Was trying to pay off a loan that US Bank holds the note on and they couldn't figure it out. Been a business customer for 20 years and they could care less.

I have been going to this bank for, I'd say about 7 years. Has been great up until the last couple months.I went in to try and consolidate some debt. The gal that I sat with told me I could consolidate debt by doing a funds transfer.Well what she didn't tell me is that it all depends on what the bank will allow. So she told me I could do "xyz" then after my application was put in and credit score was pulled, told me that I couldn't do the funds transfer way she told me I could. Now I am not a banker, I was trusting the employees to help me in the best way possible with the knowledge they have.So we went to the next solution. Take out a loan to pay off my debt.We completely dismissed the transfer funds idea cause I didn't want it. I made it clear, I didn't want to go that route. So she gave me all the numbers of the loan deal. She told me with this loan that I wouldn't have any interest till 20 billing cycles after I took the loan out, and when interest did get applied after the 20 billing cycles, it would be 8%.I said yes. That is what I want. And she said yes, let's get this deal for you. She pulled my credit AGAIN and turned in another application.Well I went back to the bank 2-3 days later to sign for the loan. She went over the details with me and the loan was nothing like she explained. No 20 interest free billing cycles, no 8%. She said that this deal was for the funds transfer.. that I told her I didn't want.Yes.. now I know that the numbers she gave me prior to the application for the loan were only a possibility and not guaranteed (plus she gave me the wrong information).I was told that the numbers she gave me were what it was going to be.She did not give me the disclaimers that she was supposed to prior to pulling my credit twice and submitting applications.Even after all that, I got emails about how my application for a funds transfer was accepted.. I told her I DIDNT WANT A FUNDS TRANSFER. but she didn't cancel it?I feel lied to. I feel hurt like I was conned. She ran my credit twice (which hurt my credit score) and both times she ran it she told me "you can do this" with an opposite result after.I'm not even sure what the benefit of her not giving me the disclaimers are.. but sheesh.. not sure why anyone deserves to be treated like this. The proper disclaimers were not given to me.I tried scheduling appointments with the bank manager twice and never got to talk to anyone. I waited for calls and nothing.I called us bank to file a complaint and they said they couldn't help me with how I was deceived. With all this said, go to a different bank to talk about loans, credit cards, debt consolidation.

HORRIBLE! Whoever closed last night 6/30/21 was an absolute disgrace. I walked up to the doors not knowing they were closing at 5 (it was 4:58 so I get it) but the gentlemen opened the door and rudely told me he had clocked off for the night and wasn’t gonna answer what I needed to ask. He then shut the door in my face locked it and walked off leaving me standing there speechless. I will be pulling all my accounts out of us bank tomorrow morning bright and early due to the rudeness of this one employee. I was however able to go across the street to the albertsons and get the help I needed. So thanks for nothing!Side note you can’t even leave this branch a message on their answering machine due to whatever reason, it just hangs up the call. Not impressed at all!

Joey and two of the guys that work at the Albertsons branch are the only reason I am still with US Bank. She and the two guys have been nothing but polite and helpful every time I go in which is often. Their humor and fact they know me by name means so much.

I don't know if it's just this branch or U.S. Bank in general but they sure like to waste your time by making you wait in line at drive up banking. It always takes forever in general (which is surprising considering that the lobby is closed right now, so they aren't also helping customers inside the bank) but today I was told that they couldn't give me more withdrawal slips. I like to have all my stuff filled out before I get in line so that the people behind me don't have to wait for me. Apparently, I now have to request a withdrawal slip, wait for it to be sent out to me, fill it out, then send it back and wait for my cash. I was told this was for "security reasons" now that the lobby is closed. This wasn't policy BEFORE the lobby was closed. And how does this improve security? I have to include my ID with both my picture and signature on it in order to withdraw money. This just wastes MORE of my time and the time of people in line behind me.

6 cars in the 2 drive-thru lines. 15 minutes...... No movement? Got out of line. Drove over to Albertsons across the street. Parked the car, walked in the store. Cashed a few checks in the store US Bank. Walked back to the car. Drove by the bank. Notice a couple cars moved up. I would have still been in line.

I had account with US bank for 5 years but some reason they closed my account and keep my money for 3 months and still no refund. I keep calling many times, they said they did sent my money but they never did. Should I call the Beaurer Business to report or is it legal for US bank to keep my money? Anybody have experience about this problem please share with me.
