The drop box inside the post office is falling apart and most of the time it's full. So, today when I used this drop box a rude, female employee yelled at me as if I was a child. I'm a 73 year old man and don't deserve to be treated like that. She accused me of breaking the drop box. Customer service at this post office is beyond terrible.

The middle aged lady that works behind the counter has terrible service. She spent over 10 minutes with one lady just talking about nothing and allowing the line to get so long. The most unprofessional unhelpful person at the counter. Lucky for me the man at the left was nice enough to help me out. USPS should not allow this behavior from their employees.

My recent visit to this post office was less pleasant than expected due to an encounter with a staff member who came across as overly abrasive. During my interaction, I felt treated in a demeaning manner, almost akin to being spoken to as a child, which was both surprising and disappointing given the professional setting.I understand that working in customer service can be challenging, and stress can affect us all differently. However, maintaining a respectful and courteous demeanor is essential for a positive customer experience. I hope this feedback can be seen as an opportunity for the team to revisit training on customer interactions to ensure every visitor feels valued and respected.

The staff is very sweet but the quick kiosk was not working again. If there is a line the kiosk is nice but only if it's working

I have had the pleasure of opening a PO Box here. The employees have been nothing but kind, helpful and amazing. There was an incident today in the parking lot and I must give credit to the gal named Stephanie who works here. She was absolutely amazing. Thank you for your wonderful attitudes and continued kindness.

I came in with a envelope to mail off on November 8th. It was urgent and I paid for priority I understand that Saturday the 11th was veterans Day and I told it would be there on Monday the 13th. It is barely making it to the Pasadena Post office today and just waiting for mail to pick up and deliver. If I would have known that this was going to happen I wouldn't have paid for priority mail I would have just paid for over night, but didn't have the money for the extra fees.

Today the post office informed me they DO NOT SUPPLY TAPE to tape up your box, even when you are paying for shipping. You can purchase a roll in store to tape one singlar box. And then they will ship it for you.

Last week, the Friday before labor day, I packed up my vehicle to leave town. I noticed the mail carrier cutting through my yard to deliver mail so I got my geriatric dog so I could get the mail on my way to lift him into the car and upon approaching her she looked up and PUNCHED my dog in the mouth because she "didn't see him and scares easily" I was worried about her hand as the top was bleeding where his tooth scraped it. She admitted she shouldn't have done that and asked me not to involve the police because she can't afford to lose this job so of course I felt bad. She refused any and all antiseptic, bandage, water, ANYTHING. I finally convinced her to please rinse it so she could get a clean picture and when she did she began digging her nails into the cut! I was so grossed out and shocked I asked her not to do that. She assured me she was fine and she got bit earlier this week that's why she punched my dog and apologized again and asked me not to call the police.... again which I now know I should have. Fast forward to Monday (labor day) I had a notice from the postmaster saying I am unable to receive mail because of a "vicious dog attack" I was SHOCKED..... I tried emailing and calling all week to clear things up but he said he would call or be out to talk to me and now that it's Friday he is out of the office "sick".... upon firther examination i saw my dogs tooth had been broken and i went outside to where she punched him and sure enough his tooth was there on the ground which would explain why her wound was a single scratch on the top of her hand. I just dont know what to do. I have never had an experience like this and can't believe someone so dishonest is allowed to handle mail. ALSO she said she never even knew I had a dog, he has lived here 12 YEARS with me. Henry Medel (post master) has made ZERO attempts to contact me through phone calls, texts, or emails.

Wow! Appalling... packing up for a small family vacation and my dogs were excited. They were running to my truck outside and the Mail carrier had startled them. They bark and have a tendency to jump but never bite or harm. The mail lady took a swing at my dog and her hand caught a tooth or nail and began to bleed. I was right behind my dogs and within a snap of my finger they were both in the truck. I offered proper medical help to get her by until "being checked" by hospital or whomever she had to show. She denied. NOW i'm being told by the post master that i can no longer own my dog if i want mail delivered to my house. I've had him for 12 years and the d*** mail carrier never even knew I had a dog! So because this lady tried to hit my dog I'm now being forced to get rid of him... or get a P.O. box that resides all the way in Caldwell(Nampa resident). My home is also my office for my roofing company which I get a lot of important mail and paychecks. All this because a wrongful decision on YOUR mail carrier and over excited dog...If I could zero star Postmaster Henry Medel and his employee I would. Damn shame

This place and the delivery drivers are lazy jokes. They speed through subdivisions, blatantly drive by mail boxes, most won't even get out of their vehicles, so if your mailbox isn't super accessible, you're burnt, they make make illegal stops, uturns, etc, they're extremely rude when they have to lift more than a finger, they handle packages very roughly, harass homeowners, and weekly they decide not to deliver packages because they either forgot and want to go home or it's too late and they want to go home. This place should be investigated! What else could you expect from the goverment?

As long as you don't go there around lunch time the lines are usually okay but it seems like people take their lunch and the place gets really crowded around that time the place is always clean and the counter people are mostly always friendly I have a PO Box here so I usually go there every other day

Got a bunch of return to sender mail. They decided to even return a priority mail(10.00) that was in a bubble mailer stating it wasn't a flat rate. I've shipped 1.1k packages in the last year and haven't had an issue till now. Very disappointed.
