Despite the signage and advertising, this location (and the one on 12th in Nampa…and others) are NOT CORPORATE VERIZON outlets. This location is a THIRD-PARTY vendor. You do NOT enjoy the same rights and privileges as a customer who purchases through a Corporate Verizon Store. Do yourself a favor and ASK when you walk through the door if the store is a Third-Party vendor or a Corporate Verizon Store. I have gone back and forth between this Third-Party vendor and Corporate Verizon on waiving new line activation fees. The Third-Party vendor says Corporate Verizon has to process the waiver, Corporate Verizon directs me back to the store where I bought the phones. Avoid the headaches and only patronize a CORPORATE VERIZON STORE.

Ome employee working. Scheduled an appt for 12pm and sat until 1230pm without evene being acknowledged, asked if there's someone else who could help, and was advised he was the only one working. Said he could help in a few minutes and we asked if we could schedule another appt and actually be seen at that time, and he ignored us. So we walked out. Poor service

Very poor service. My son ordered a phone to the Nampa store and has been waiting line over an hour for help. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual Verizon store. Victra is simply an understaffed affiliate of Verizon.

I would give a 10/10 if I could went to many other Verizon stores they took for ever and could not help me I went to this one and it took like 10 mins at most the girl working there was very helpful and nice! Would definitely recommend this one

I had an excellent experience with Mark getting the phone I lost suspended and the next day he helped me through the process of replacing it. He also sold me on Verizon internet and it’s up and running with two big thumbs up

We've been with Verizon for 26yrs. I hold my breath when walking into a Customer Service experience. Laura at the Garrity store in Nampa is our new go to. Easy to work with, answered every question I threw at her without hesitation (never once said, "ummm"), and informed me of every step in the process. What impressed me most is she didn't upsell me random items, but things that were tailored to my needs based on a conversation from 3 days prior. As a former Customer Care Training Mgr for one of the Big 3, I can say that's a RARE quality today. I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to see her Managing her own store & we'll go wherever that may be to work with her.
