The WORST Walgreens around! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They don’t want to properly load chime cards. When she told me I could only load 500 to my chime card and I tried to ask why can all other Walgreens do it with two transactions but not this one her response was “then don’t come here!”

Simple, easy as can be. Really sweet courteous young lady was at the pharmacy, who I believe I ever been helped by before, and made it quick&easy! 👍👌💯

Waiting for 2nd day now for over 30 minutes to pick up prescription to be told not yet received. This is a injection medication. That I'm now 2 days behind d on once again and thus us on a reorder for every month

Very disgusted by this pharmacy! They will fill random prescriptions that are old, not tell you what you’re picking up so you don’t notice until you get home. Then you’re told sorry there is nothing we can do for you.
Furthermore they are telling customers they are out of medications when in fact they have them they just do t have the staff to fill them and to take them to a different pharmacy!

Absolute joke of a pharmacy. It's been nearly 3 weeks now that we are trying to get medication filled. We get no answer over the phone have gone in store multiple times and being told straight up lies about medications being on back order. Keep in mind that this information is for all public to see and can clearly see how these medications are not on back order due to a shortage how they keep telling us. I am am pretty much fed up with their excuses and lack of help with pretty much anything.

I’m writing this as I wait in line at the pharmacy drive thru, I’m disappointed and upset with how long I’ve waited, it’s been an hour, I am not exaggerating I’ve been waiting an hour. It’s a Thursday night and I have all my kids and haven’t made it home because I thought picking up my medication was more important than waiting a whole other week because it’s so frustrating knowing I will wait this long each time I come. If the pharmacy isn’t fully staffed then just close the place. People have places to go, kids to feed and time to rest. I don’t have time to wait an hour each time I come. Yet I’ve came before waited the time for them to tell me it will still take 30 minutes so I have to come back. This is lack of customer service. Probably the worst ever. I work in healthcare and this is so sad to think the patients wait this long for medications that are in need, Walgreens also intends to lie and say they don’t have the medication and to call there prescriber just because they don’t have the time to fill the medication and can’t seem to justify there long wait times.
I will say the technician that helped me today was very apologetic and i understand this is not his fault nor the other technician, it the corporation it’s self that over works there employees. This needs to change, it’s about patient care not seeing where you can profit off of people in need with money. DISGUSTING.

They have always been lovely! I’ve had a few hiccups once or twice but they really do their best to fix it. I’ve been coming here for over 8 years.

The pharmacist refused to fill a prescription sent over by my child's pediatrician. He kept directing my husband to the higher dose, otc option in the aisle. Please, make it easier for everyone and just fill the prescription. I will definitely be using a different pharmacist in the future.

Never have scripts ready!! It took 7 days to get nausea meds. (Just a 3 day supply)that was after the dr. Prescribed it!!! Just an example.

Pharmacy does not care if they make you wait, give you wrong information, have you drive over after something is supposed to be ready and they have zero clue what you're talking about. Customer service is a thing of the past here at this location.

Website states they offer flu vaccines for 3+ so I scheduled an appointment for my daughter who is 3 and a half years old. When we checked in they asked for my daughters birthday again. I was told to wait and someone would be with us soon. We then waited for 30 minutes just to be told that they don't vaccinate anyone under 6 years old. Once we got back to the car I checked their website where sure enough it states they offer flu vaccines for 3+. Beyond frustrated after listening to my daughter cry the whole way to the store and finally getting her to calm down and agree to the vaccine just to be turned away.
