Tonight Jan 7, 2023, I called Walgreens and happened to have gotten the manager Matt on the phone. I explained to him that two days ago I ordered some items and paid for them online to be picked and held for me and that I had received an email stating they would be re-shelved if I didn't pick them up tonight. I explained to him I couldn't make it there tonight and asked him if he could hold the items until tomorrow? He told me no because of inventory reasons. Which I thought would totally make sense if it was the end of the month. What has happened to good customer service? I'm sure they weren't doing inventory that night. He certainly could have made an exception for one night. There was one other time this happened to me. They did it that night, no problem. There was an overnight exception made for me then. So I know it can be done. People have emergencies. I've been shopping at this store for a long time. I've watched it progressively go downhill. Obviously, I will be finding a different store for my future needs.

The store itself is great and I have no complaints, but the pharmacy has been having a tough time for a while now. The lines are often long (both inside and for the drive-through). The employees are kind and clearly do their best but I get the feeling they continually have staffing problems. The pharmacy used to be open on weekends, but now the weekend hours are gone and they close even sooner on weekdays. I have had 2 errors made with my prescriptions in the past couple months. This location is so close to my home that I can't beat the convenience but I'm considering switching pharmacies because of these problems. I wish whoever is in charge would hire more employees and also compensate them more fairly, because staffing seems to be the main problem here.

They had exactly what I was looking for, which happened to only be two red bulls at the time but it feels good all the same. Then customer service was polite and quick. I felt like I was met half way on a good day to take me the rest of the way for a good experience. Friendly and affordable, pay them more Walgreens pay, them, more.

I am switching pharmacies...not only do I have to wait in a long line only to get up to the window and told we need to mix it so come in or drive back around!? Like seriously, I can't wait at the window while you fill it quick? The person before me was at the window for 20 min!! I unfortunately have to go in because who wants to sit in another hour wait! I go in only to be told it was out of stock so now I have to get it filled at another one! Worst customer service ever!!! I know my review doesn't mean anything because come on we need our meds!!??

The outside of this Walgreens is so dirty, bandaids, garbage, dirt, grunge in general. I would have thought I was in a big dirty city! Sad! It's not new dirt. I was here a few weeks ago. Same dirt only more of it

In the midst of a pandemic . . . you would think PHARMACIES would do the right thing with the vaccine, right?Case in point: The Walgreens pharmacy on the corner DENIED me a second COVID shot because "Your insurance won't cover it."This after I called in this morning and asked for a "walk-in" follow up shot.The response? "We don't take walk-in appointments."So I went online, completed ALL the required information, and showed up EARLY for my 2:30 appointment.First they told me "It's too soon to get your second shot."No, it isn't, it's been 21 days, look on the back of my card."Oh, well, um . . . your insurance wont' cover it."I thought COVID shots were free?"They are, but, you are NOT getting a COVID shot today because your insurance won't cover it. Try coming back tomorrow!" She said with a cheery, fake, stupid smile.As we leave in disgust, to try to find a location that actually WILL administer the shot you MAKE AN APPOINTMENT to receive, we drive passed the Walgreens digital sign on the corner of 12 and Greenhurst in Nampa:"Walk-In for Free Covid Shots!"Go over there any time. Take a picture of their stupid sign, then walk in have the reporter walk in and ask for your "free walk in COVID shot."As many others have said about THIS particular location: Good luck with that!THAT'S why Idaho has a COVID problem. It's not because folks don't want to get the shot . . . it's because these crooked pharmacies want to be damn sure they get paid.And there's the REAL story.-

I have shopped at this Walgreens for years. I waited in line for the pharmacy drive through for 15 minutes. When I pull up, the gentleman working there told me insurance did not cover my prescription and it would be a large amount. He said if I go to RX pharmacy online that I might find a coupon but said, I do not have time to do that because we close for lunch like in four minutes." Ok. So I got the coupon pulled up on my phone and drove back around and there was one car in front of me, as soon as that car pulls out and I pull up he closes the screen in my face. I was on my lunch break trying to get my prescription filled for my son who has a bad infection and now I have no medication. How I was treated was unacceptable and I will not be shopping or getting my prescriptions filled at Walgreens anymore.
