This is only because I couldn’t leave a zero. My medication comes in a three month supply this pharmacy changes that so that you have to pay for one at a time which is more than all three would be. At first they told me they fixed it then they told me that they were out of the medication. They just called and told me they had but they would sell it to me at the price for 1 which was $40 vs $30 for 3. I have had trouble with this place in the past for the same reason. I honestly feel they need to be investigated. I am sure I’m not the only one they’re doing this too. The pharmacist said she couldn’t help what my insurance charged. I said my insurance said that they hadn’t changed it and the girl I just spoke with said she fixed it so you guys changed it. The vermis was extremely rude, as well as the person who answered the phone. What’s your dollars when it comes to this place as I said this is not the first time it’s happened to me again it needs to be investigated

Overall I've had positive experiences here. The staff has always been friendly to me. I do think there is room for improvement in the the ever changing pharmacy hours. It seems like often times when I go to the pharmacy, there's a new sign posted with new pharmacy hours which makes the planning of my prescription pick-up somewhat difficult.

Worst pharmacy in town they lie, short your prescription. Lie about pick up dates on controlled substances one that happens to be one I can die from. I’ve been needing to ask my pcp to up it anyways which I’m sure she would but has been out the whole last month. Worst experience when I called in, Sungjae the pharmacist was so arrogant & rude. He said my sons prescription wasn’t in and did nothing, so I suggested he call the other Walgreens because they said they have it and for me to pick up at his location, he said I was being rude and didn’t have to help me, which I thought was off because I wasn’t mad or yelling, just asking him to call the other Walgreens then he hung up on me without even indicating if he was going to call or not. I called back to get his name and he refused to give it to me, he refused to transfer me or hand my call off to another employee, it was like arguing with a child. So I called walgreens store dept to get someone to tell me who I just dealt with. The manager was kind and apologized and informed me his name but said the pharmacist works at all Walgreens throughout the TV area, so that’s enough for me to never deal with Walgreens pharmacy again if I ever have to come across that crazy person with lack of common work ethic or customer service . I just can’t believe the scenario I went through with that pharmacist, Sungjae, he indicated at the beginning of the call that there was nothing he could do and got all upset when I suggest he call the other location that has my prescription in and I could pick up with them. I’ve honestly never dealt with someone so unhinged with reality and never want to again.

Been going here for 3yrs now. I'm so tired of this particular Walgreens NOT getting my prescriptions in when they say. I CANNOT be late on one particular script. Yet every month, even with 1 weeks notice, sometimes 2 weeks, they still can't figure it out. I've been lied to many times that my prescription is to arrive on a certain day. Only to find out it's not even ordered!! GO TO A DIFFERENT WALGREENS.

Made an appointment for a flu shot, get to the pharmacy and wait in line for 30+ minutes, get to the counter and apparently their refrigerator is broken and couldn't offer the vaccine. Maybe don't allow the appointment to be made or put up a sign out so people don't waste their lunch breaks.

Took in a prescription and they said it would be a hour or so. Went back and they said they was temporarily closed. Four days later they are still closed because of the internet. Normally I could go elsewhere but due to the kind of prescription I can't. Completely ridiculous to shut down for four days due to internet problems. It's a shame businesses can't run without the internet anymore. Shows how bad computers have ruined this world.

NEVER go to this pharmacy. I live a two minute walk away, and I am going to start getting my meds at Walmart. This is the third time I’ve gone to the drive thru pick up to be met with a sign saying “we’re open inside until 9”. BULL. I go inside and there’s a new sign saying they’re only open till 5. It’s too late to get my medication, and nobody gives a rip. DONT GO TO THIS WALGREENS. Whoever runs this place should be fired immediately. It’s poorly managed and understaffed, and from the other reviews, I’d say the staff probably gets treated horribly.

The pharmacy here is THE WORST one I have ever been to. I have been going here since 2020 and I've had soo many issues with prescriptions not being ready at the time it said it would be, not just by hours either, I'm talking four days late!! Some pharmacy staff can be rude and have horrible customer service. There are some pharmacists who are clueless as to what medicines are preferred drugs. My Vyvanse for example, does NOT need a prior auth. She says well the screen is telling me it needs one. NO it doesn't it just needs the diagnosis code which was told to me by my doctor's office and last month when I had this issue of trying to fill my medicine a pharmacy tech said it doesn't need a prior auth just the code. Which she was able to get from the previous prescription I picked up. The Idaho medicaid preferred drug list even lists Vyvanse as a PREFERRED DRUG and NO PRIOR AUTH is needed. So, now I am out of my medicine all because they don't know what the hell they're doing and it is very aggravating because I have 7-9 medications I have to get filled every month. And about 90% of the time I have some sort of issue and it's due to incompetent pharmacists and pharmacy techs. Do NOT bring your prescriptions here, it will give you headaches and stress you out...

Well 2 stars should tell you exactly what you need to know about this wal greens.They Don't open till 8 lol The Other stores right across the street open at 6.Maybe that's why all the other stores are doing good.

The worst pharmacy ever! I was on hold for 24 minutes, finally Zach picked up and decided the best way to help was to throw an attitude and excuses my why on why it took so long! I guess customers are a dime a dozen here at Walgreens!!

I've spent over 30 minutes on the phone waiting for the pharmacy. I'm thinking if they don't have the help they need, I should change my pharmacy. ive heard i'm sorry our staff is answering other calls so many times i'm starting to think taking my needs else where is the best option

I’m changing…called yesterday to confirm scripts were ready..on hold for 1 1/2 hours. Went today…pharmacy closed due to family emergency. Couldn’t even get scripts that were ready. Lousy customer service.
