When you have a boss that doesn't understand that family members should not work together that's called nepotism and open for law suit when that happens

Jennifer Dodgson- they always lie about pick up dates on my very much needed anxiety meds as I am disabled with anxiety and my insurance will pay for it but since the dr is on vacation and i can it literally ask her to fill it early or up it or anything i am screwed. I even have a witness of then saying the when. I am so tired of this Walgreens!

Got to the store at 6:56 AM. The store does not open till 7 AM so I walked to the door and stood there waiting for store to open at 7 o’clock. A worker came to the door named Randy and started messing with newspapers by the front door, looking up at me standing out there And didn’t blink an eye so at 7:01 I said “really” to myself. Randy opened the door and said we don’t open until seven and I said yes I realize that but it’s after seven and he said “well you don’t need to say really to me from the other side of the door” I said excuse me, but I wasn’t speaking to you and you do not need to talk to me that way he got very rude, rolling his eyes at me and I asked him his name so that I could speak to management later in the day. Needless to say, I set my stuff down and walked out the store, purchasing nothing.

I have been using this pharmacy for a few years but sadly I will be switching. The employees are polite and I understand they're short staffed. But for the past year or so there has been a lot of miscommunication and back and forth over the phone regarding errors that I called multiple times to correct (incorrect birthdate and name on my account, which I don't even understand how they got changed.) This often delays my prescription pickup. There have also been instances where I received the automated call that my prescription is ready, and it isn't when I arrive. I hope they can be more organized in the future.

Pulled into the drive thru at 6:45pm there were 3 cars in front of us NOBODY behind us. We pull to the window at 7pm they said sry we are closed we close at 7. Are u kidding me. I said nobody is behind us and we have been in this line for 15 minutes. The lady just walked away. I called the Blvd Walgreens and they said they would be happy to fill my prescription there. They just gained a customer. I will NEVER use this Walgreens again been a customer for 5 years and it just keeps getting worse.

I had a very uncomfortable and disturbing experience when trying to get medications filled for a pet. I work at a reputable small animal veterinary hospital and needed an anti-nausea medication filled for a sick pet that had just left our facility. Not only was the pharmacist and manager incredibly rude, but they refused to fill the medication because they admitted to not knowing how pets are appropriately dosed, and the doctor's prescription wasn't worthy. I had to spell the name of a prominent vet medical drug handbook for them. Terrifying. Ended up needing to call Vics for an emergency prescription fill at 5:45pm, because they "couldn't" and wouldn't help me. Our doctors prescription wasn't enough. I hope pet owners and vet clinics are wary of this pharmacy. The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I wish I was exaggerating.

Working at Walgreens in no way makes you an expert on health advice. I recommend your night lady cashier not discuss COVID shots/boosters or they're "effectiveness" You have a pharmacy You would think encouraging health care instead of still with this COVID denying opinions of staff. Keep your ignorant opinions to yourself maybe People died people need service not opinion

Never met anyone more rude and nastiest person than Angela, I went in a couple days ago early morning and as i was doing some shoping i over heard a nasty lady complaining to a young lady that shes the "Only one that does anything around here" and starts to whisper about something that someone doesnt so their job and that they're lazy and should just get fired! What kind of employee is that when they're standing around gossiping? Later that morning i needed a perfume out of the display and only one to help me was angela and she was very impatient with me and just looked like she didnt want to help me. As soon as I grab what i needed again i hear this lady gossipin about other employees FYI dont use names near customers while your ranting. I Matched the names shes mentioned when she was blabbering and i feel so sorry these employees have to work with someone like her definitely reporting to corporate

Prescriptions are never filled on time and ready to pick up. Best to wait a day or two for them to fill it. Then when it's ready, watch them search for it for 5 minutes under all the counters and cabinets. Hopefully you're not sick and in need of your medication.

For the second time at this location, I showed up for my confirmed vaccination appointment to be told I couldn't get my shot that day. The first time they said they were out of stock. This time they said they didn't have anyone available to give shots. It is a 45 minute drive one way in heavy traffic for me to get here. I won't be coming back under any circumstance.

Do not purchase things online for store pick up here. They will not give you everything your ordered, accuse you of lying and keep your money.

I have shopped at Walgreens for several years and have had great experiences. Today, however, was not pleasant. I placed an order for delivery on 8/26 @5:16pm which was to be delivered by 7pm. I received a text at 6:17pm that the order was delayed but they would send an update. At 8:20pm I called the Walgreens at 923 Caldwell Blvd in Nampa, Idaho, requesting an update. The kid that answered got the manager and he said they don't do deliveries!! So I asked if that meant I wouldn't be getting my order and he said "We don't deliver." I told him I placed an order for delivery 2 weeks ago with Walgreens and it WAS delivered! He then raised his voice and said "You didn't get it from here. We don't deliver!" then hung up on me!!! Are you kidding? The Walgreens.com definitely offers delivery for a $5.99 charge and advertised free delivery on 8/26. I would not recommend shopping at this Walgreens as they definitely lack any kind of customer service. Oh...just received a text from Walgreens. They apologized stating they had to substitute items and my order will be delivered to my house on 8/27 between 9:15-9:45am.
