This Pharmacy and the Pharmacists in it are, (in my humble opinion of course), completely effing clueless! What a team, they are all as smart as a bag of rocks. Don't ask for any favors at all or they'll go into character like a bad high school play and berate you in front of the entire staff and its customers. Zero compassion, zero care for their customers, and zero stars if I could rate them as so. This is the worst run Walgreens Pharmacy on the planet. The lead pharmacist is a mental mess, it's just my opinion, but you'll notice it for yourself I'm right. It just spills out of her. Zero self control. I'm so tired of their excuses to why my prescriptions are never ready on time. They are always out of my medications. They still blame COVID for their errors of the day, week and month. How long can you cry wolf before you actually do your job without complaining? I guess it's never. You're still using that excuse to hide your incompetence, yet that incompetence still shines brighter than ever before. You are way in over your head. Get out now so the customers can feel they are dealing with a better class of pharmacies and pharmacists. If you're still shopping here, you've officially hit the rock bottom of the barrel in pharmacies choices. Keep looking for something much better. 2.2 stars is the average rating this Walgreens is receiving here on Yelp. Holy cow, that's just absolutely terrible to say the very least. As Ripley would say, "Believe it, or not!"

Pharmacist likes to lie about meds and If she is required to fill a prescription or has to put in some work will throw a fit and lie to get out of it.

Horrible pharmacy. I've only been using them for a little over a month, but all 4-5 times have been a nightmare. It takes 1-2 days to get a prescription. I've been lied to twice on 2 different occasions for 2 different techs about 2 different prescriptions. The first time was for pain meds after I left the ER and the lady told me I could wait in the lobby and they would have it ready soon. I asked if I had time to go across the street to grab food and she said yes and they would text me when it was ready. It was never ready and I ended up having to call the next day after they opened and it was still another 2-3 hrs. This Tues I had another prescription from my doctor that was pushed at 3pm. I called yesterday (weds) at 5pm to inquire about it, she said it would be ready in about an hr and said she was suprised it hadn't been started yet. I didn't get a call that it was ready until the following day (Thurs) in the late morning. I thought most pharmacies had prescriptions ready in about an hr, this is absolutely ridiculous.

I left the ER yesterday and came to the pharmacy to drop of my prescription for pain medication at 7 (they close at 9). The tech said she would work on the script right away and I could sit and with, I let her know I would go grab some food and come back. I sat in the parking lot for an hr and a half after eating waiting for the text and never got it. I had to suffer in pain all night and all morning waiting. I called when they opened at 9 and it still wasn't started. It's now 13 hrs after I put in the order with kidney stones in so much pain i feel like im dying and now I can pick it up. Unbelievable.

This pharmacy called to ask if I was picking up a prescription or they would restock it. I explained I never received notice that it was ready and I would be by in the next few days to get it. I show up and they restocked it and now I have to return another time to give them time to fill it again.Very frustrating to a person that doesn’t have a lot of free time.

When I first moved to the area, I used the reviews to choose between two locations close to me. I chose wrong and have switched to this location. The previous location was under staffed so frequently had the drive thru closed and dropped weekend hours. The two times I've called this location they were friendly, helpful, and quick to help.

Guy with green hair and tattoos is very abrasive and downright rude. They should really take him off the register. He does not look clean which could be ignored if he was more polite but he made my wife and I very uncomfortable with his demeanor.

Interactions w/ pharmacy tech's are alwasy good ? ?The negative stars are for Walgreens. What happened to the 24 hr pharmacy?!? ? Bring it back please ?

The pharmacist waiting on me and he was fast, friendly, and thorough. Oftentimes the pharmacy is very busy and can be frustrating waiting, however most of the staff is friendly.

Terrible!!! They keep closing the pharmacy for the day without any notice. I called a prescription in 5 days early and when I went to pick them up, they hadn't even started filling them. When I got home I only had 5 pills in the bottle. I called them and they said they had filled the bottle now. My only day off was Friday. And they informed me they were going to be closed on Friday. I'm looking to change to a different pharmacy.

I waited for over 3 hours to find out about my prescription. I finally ended up hanging up and going to store. Waited some more and still no prescription. After this fiasco I will never shop there again. 0/0 would not recommend! No stars!

This is just for the Pharmacy (Pharmacist) @ 5:02 pm on 3/19/22. My prescriptions were finished at 4:36. I got there at 4:58 and was the last person in line. The car in front of me left at which point I pulled up to be helped even though it was now 2 minutes past closing.. She closed the window. I went inside to talk with the Pharmacist to see why I wasn’t able to get my prescriptions I genuinely needed, one of which was for blood pressure I was out of.. They were already paid for with the card they had on file so all she would’ve had to do was find them and hand them to me. Instead of being a decent human being and a professional, she chose to not help me as I didn’t officially pull up until 5:02. Her response to me was, “you should’ve been here sooner.” First of all, they just finished being filled 22 minutes prior to me showing up at 4:58 and I wasn’t able to pull up until 2 minutes after they closed. And the pharmacist wouldn’t help me.. Unbelievable.
