Would give zero stars if it was an option. Save yourself the headache and use a different pharmacy. These people will constantly tell you that your medication will be in stock. Then when you go to pick it up they will give you the valley girl attitude, and tell you to kick rocks. The supervisors there have no idea what customer service is let alone how to manage inventory.

All over Walmart has a very bad customer service but the worst one we had with Walmart pharmacy supervisor, when a Walmart pharmacy supervisor has a nasty attitude and unprofessional customer service we customers ,should not expect professional, customer service, or good behave from their regular employees, my pregnant wife, walk to the Walmart pharmacy for pick up her medicine because of the language barrier, she called me to talk with the Walmart pharmacist she told me Ask him how to take this medication to be in the safe side not to harm my baby. I told my wife pass the phone to the pharmacist so I can ask him and then I will translate it back to you, how to take your medicine, but the pharmacist refused talk to me . She urgently need that medication. To take it right away after she pick it up Unfortunately, she walked back home hopeless Without medicine. And she was all day in pain Because of this Walmart pharmacist supervisor, and then when I called the Walmart pharmacy this guy who was the supervisor of pharmacy, he told me you can go somewhere else get your medicine, and then we had to change our pharmacy from Walmart to a different pharmacy for the next day, and I hope the Walmart cooperate or who ever is above of the Supervisor need to replace this unprofessional pharmacist supervisor with someone else , like me, there are more and more people has same experience as I had ,some people afraid to put a write review,

The lines are always ridiculously slow and long because there's either not enough cashier's or they're too busy chatting and BS-ing with the customers after their transactions are complete and holding up the line.

Please please please update your hours on Google. The new hours reasonable it’s just impossible to get meds if the hours are wrong to begin with.

I had a very uncomfortable and disturbing experience when trying to get medications filled for a pet. I work at a reputable small animal veterinary hospital and needed an anti-nausea medication filled for a sick pet that had just left our facility. Not only was the pharmacist and manager incredibly rude, but they refused to fill the medication because they admitted to not knowing how pets are appropriately dosed, and the doctor’s prescription wasn’t worthy. I had to spell the name of a prominent vet medical drug handbook for them. Terrifying. Ended up needing to call Vics for an emergency prescription fill at 5:45pm, because they “couldn’t” and wouldn’t help me. Our doctors prescription wasn’t enough. I hope pet owners and vet clinics are wary of this pharmacy. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I wish I was exaggerating.

If I could leave no stars, I would. I spoke with Logan, then Liz, his supervisor. Liz ended our call saying, “we’re done” then hung up on me. Logan is smug and thinks that his $14/hr job makes him better than others. They refused to fill a prescription. A prescription my doctor sent in. When asking for an explanation, all I got was attitude. No matter how convenient it may be, I highly recommend you avoid this pharmacy. The employees are nothing short of rude. You work for the people. Act like it.

My husband went in on crutches to get an antibiotic at 8:59 and they refused to help him. I bet If he wasn't a poc they would have helped him. He got there as fast as he could from urgent care from getting off of work and they should have helped him. This store has forever lost my respect.

The pharmacy is a joke, if It was possible I would give it a negative star. They don't answer the phones for curbside pick up ever. Getting spacific medications is nearly impossible. The steroid form of an albuterol nebulizer treatment was prescribed last month and they still can't fill it. when I ask when it will be in they give me a excuse that all the main hospitals are snatching up the supplies due to covid.

After 16 years at the same pharmacy, I can no longer recommend this location as it's plainly obvious that those running the show care more about their bottom line profit than they do relationships with their long-term customers. It is unfortunately... but egregious enough that I will be removing my mothers, my wifes, and my own prescriptions from going to this location henceforth (again... after a 16 year relationship). Thanks Walmart Pharmacy 12th Ave Nampa!!

I used this Pharmacy for 16 years before they decided that eighty bucks was worth more. I can't, with any good conscience, recommend this location as profit is, evidently, the focus versus customer relations, trust, and honesty. Is this a corporate-wide issue or just a problem with specific locations? Prior to Walmart Pharmacy making the decision they have, I'd have given them a solid... 3-star... they've been OK. Not nearly the personal service as a mom n pop, but of course, you get a better price. You get what you pay for I suppose.

Seriously terrible. Always long wait lines, and closed when they say they're open.. even when they text and say my wife's prescription is ready for pickup. They run out of our prescription even when we schedule amounts for when we'll be out of town.
