We’ve been using this pharmacy for a few years now. The staff used to be super friendly and helpful, but within the past few months things have changed dramatically. I understand it has become extremely busy but you are still in a customer service roll helping people who obviously come to you because they NEED to! I feel like every time we go to pick up our meds we are a burden to these people. The rude and unnecessary comments along with the lack of friendliness or compassion has changed this pharmacy drastically. This is supposed to be a neighborhood store with a neighborhood feel and the staff at the store itself are phenomenal with making you feel welcome too bad the pharmacy staff can’t follow their lead.

I have been going here a few yrs with my family but today I picked up a medication my daughter has only had a couple months we pick up once a month but there is another brand that has peanut oil in it so we were told it was important to ask about each time because my daughter has a severe nut allergy the lady working when I asked to be sure it has not nut products she laughed at me and treated me aa if my question was crazy and i was an inconvenience. She went and asked and said this one is fine and I had never heard of that and I said thank you for checking because ther is one with peanut oil so it's important to ask. She should never laugh at someone or treat them like that for asking something so important or about medication. She should have been asking me if there were any questions and she should no that people's meds may have stuff in them. I left and had to park and cry it was so hurtful

These people are amazing . They are fast informative and friendly . They are to the point and it's quick in and out service and you get what you need. They even send you a text when your prescription is ready (if you sign up for that service) I've been to many pharmacies over the years and this one is my favorite .

The lines in the pharmacy are always ridiculously long, and there are not enough cashiers, but other than that, this place is not as bad as most of the other Walmarts in the area.

Very, very rude workers. Slow pharmacy. The person I talked to was unwilling to explain things properly to me and I felt very rushed and brushed off when I asked any questions to try and understand the situation. I am disabled with a developmental delay and epilepsy & it’s necessary that I get the correct dosage of the anticonvulsant that I need, especially after it’s prescribed from an ER doctor after a grand mal seizure. This pharmacy did not help me with that. They did not get the medication to me in a timely manner like they said they would OR explain thoroughly why they didn’t until I asked and asked for a straight answer. At least give patients the chance to communicate at a pace that they’re comfortable with and receive a proper explanation before turning them away and being snarky. If you’re working with sick people in any shape or form, patience & proper communication is necessary. This pharmacy had neither.

I used walmart pharmacy for a period of time and have since switched because of a number of issues that kept coming up. They often didn't have my med available and had to order, delaying me from getting meds. The first time this was a real issue as I take thyroid meds and need it to stay well. The second time I started several days early to avoid this. I called in early to have it ready by the day I was able to get it. They still didn't have it ready. I've switched to Vic's pharmacy and am hopi g for better results.

My doctors office called in my prescription today, and I was able to go in, have it prepared and picked up within 20 minutes.My insurance (Blue Cross) was being awful and denied prescription coverage. the tech recommended us to go online and see if we could find a coupon to ease the cost. Luckily, we could find one.Pharmacist walked me through the medication as I’d never taken before.I’ve seen a couple bad reviews about long wait times?? There was a long line outside for the drive thru (the last 45 minutes before they closed) so I just walked inside and was helped right away.Great service, I would highly recommend them for their professionalism. They helped ease a stressful day of dealing with insurance.

If this review could post a zero star review, I would give it to them. For the SECOND time, I have shown up to pick up prescriptions well after the time I was told they would be ready for pick up. (Days later) Waited in the long drive through pick up line (At least 30 minutes) gotten to the front of the line, for them to tell me my prescriptions weren’t ready and I’d have to come back 30 minutes later. When I questioned them with the fact that their automated line stated that the prescriptions would be ready the day prior by 11am and here we are now on the following day at 4pm, the pharmacy techs response was “well we have a lot of prescriptions to fill” Poor customer service. They can’t seem to get themselves. This isn’t the first time, and seems to becoming a pattern. Must be time to switch pharmacies.

Their scales are not accurate. They were off by around 2 pounds! They said my 4 jalapeno peppers weighed 1.78 pounds. When I weighed them at home, they weighed 4 oz. I purchased several vegetable items by weight at that transaction, so I lost quite a bit of money. I called the store to tell them about the problem, and I've never been treated so rudely. They denied there was a problem, insisted that their daily calibration of the scales meant I was just some how wrong about my very, very, very heavy jalapenos. I strongly warn anyone to avoid this store at all costs--not only because of inaccurate scales, but as importantly, how they treat customers. Other issues--few produce bags available in the produce section, terrible beer selection (domestic non-craft only), no normal check-stands open, only self-checkout, and I had to wait in line quite a while for that. Truly it was not a pleasant experience even before the scales and customer service issues.
