I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes at this point. and every time my doc send a script these guys won’t fill it until i show up and need to pick it up. then they say “15-20 minutes”.i’ve also been in line waiting for a script and seen these guys just ignoring the phone and whoever they have on hold. just completely ignoring it. and their pharmacy has like 8 employees in it at any given time so they are not short staffed.

Kaiden was so incredibly helpful! My brand of seizure medicine is suddenly out of stock and really hard to find. Kaiden called to let me know and he also called around to see who had some! He found a location who could fill it for me and then called to make sure that it gets filled within 24 hours! I could not be more grateful. He didn’t have to do any of that and he did. So thankful!

Anne- pharmacy intern you should NEVER be a pharmaceutical representative. Your total lack of respect for people and their needs or well-being speaks volumes. You need a field where you don't need to deal with people. My experience with today was awful when I've had nothing but pleasant interactions with EVERY other staff member. The actual pharmacist at this location and his techs are KIND, CARING, COMPASSIONATE individuals and you are not!!!

I love that you can speak to a pharmacist quickly and they are patient and knowledgeable with your questions.

I really can't handle this pharmacy anymore. My prescriptions are NEVER ready on time. I call to refill giving them at least 24 hours to fill one bottle of pills. If they're too "busy" and you're not there in person, your prescription gets moved to the bottom and no one has any sense of urgency to fill it. I have a very physically demanding job and suffer from muscle pain and neuropathy. So when I need my prescription filled, I need it filled and read for pick up. Not oh, she's not here, move it to the bottom and don't fill it until she gets here. The pharmacy manager is completely rude and unprofessional. She makes poor excuses for her and her teams inability to fill one bottle of pills in 24 hours. She doesn't listen to a customer's concern, rather she talked over me raising her voice to be heard over me. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I know I have found a new pharmacy and will not be using walmarts anymore.

What's the point of having a drive thru if its never open? This is ridiculous. I'm transferring my prescriptions somewhere else.

My husband went there today and they REALLY helped him out with a medication we could not afford but really needed. Every time I have went there, everyone working from the people up front to the pharmacist are very nice and helpful. Even when they are super busy, they're are still excellent, fast, and nothing but nice and they've helped us out several times when the Dr. wasn’t in/ couldn't get ahold of them! Thank you for today it's really appreciated!

There was no issue filling my prescription and both the tech and pharmacist were very polite and helpful. My issue is with the plexi glass, it's SO hard to hear them and I feel like I'm shouting when I'm talking. I would prefer the world not to hear me yell my name or what my prescription is, and unfortunately due to these barriers, they can't hear you very well and you can barely hear them. I needed to talk to the pharmacist about my prescription and the information was sensitive to me, it would've been nice not to have to shout that through plexi glass. A private room for those conversations, maybe? No plexi glass in that area? I left hoping no one I knew was near me, because this wasn't information I was comfortable sharing with the public. Please please re-evaluate your need for the privacy glass, or at the very least make it so customers and employees can actually hear each other.

The pharmacy is great at this location. I’m not a fan of the way they are rearranging the store and have closed in the line area for the pharmacy though.

Went in at 330 to simply drop off a prescription. They had two lines formed. After waiting ten minutes I was informed that the line I was in was in fact not a line at all and we would all have to go to the end of the line. There is no signage or direction for customers to form a line. 9 techs and a pharmacist working terribly together. What should I have expected Walmart customer service never again

Normally we’ve been happy with this pharmacy, but recently a few things have been frustrating:1) My child’s nurse practitioner was writing prescriptions for 31 days (instead of 30) causing us to double pay for everything. The pharmacy never gave us a heads-up about it, we had to call the insurance to figure out why it was happening.2) The drive-thru has been closed a LOT lately. I’m assuming they’re short handed so I’m willing to overlook that, although it is a big hassle when I have my disabled kids in the car with me.3) My husband drove all the way down there last night after working a 12-hour shift (we live pretty far away) and they had closed early?!! Like, by over an hour. He got there around 7:30 and they are supposed to close at 9:00. This is unacceptable, not just because my husband was tired but for all sorts of other reasons. What about people who don’t have a car and have to find transportation to pick up their medications? What about healthcare providers who need to reach the pharmacy in an emergency situation? Etc.I don’t know what’s going on lately but it’s a little irritating to be a customer right now.

Went to store to pick up script faxed by provider 2 1/2 hours ago. Had to wait 12 minutes for lunch break to be over, then told script had not even been processed, will take at least another 15-20+ minutes to get ready. Then, have to get back in line for who knows how long. Very poor service/process. What difference did having script faced vs showing up with in hand.. NONE, and Walmart staff does not care.
