They claimed they couldn't patch my tire. American tire did it for free. Won't go back there ever again

Waited 2 hours for tires, only to be told, pur car was never put in the system for a tire change. I had my ticket they had my keys, for 2 hours. No apologie, just rude customer service. The manager John was very unprofessional, and other cashiers were frazzled like deer on headlights.

We needed a new battery, called and found one. We got there and they installed the battery for free in just a few minutes. The battery was at least half price from what I was quoted at an auto parts store.

Couldn't do an oil change an hr before close. That wasn't the issue. I have an autistic toddler daughter and am a regular. Well. Was. I know they dont care but not letting my daughter walk around for 20 minutes before having to get back into the car causes a huge meltdown for me.I really need to move to get near a new Walmart. I normally dont have issues like here.

2 cars ahead of me when I arrived. I was told 40 minutes. Came back after 45 minutes and they had not even started. There were about 7 cars being worked on. I ask if it was first come, first served or did all those people have appointments. Aaron, the counter guy, said they don't take appointments. I ask why my car wasn't even in the garage yet and he said "I just work here". Then they told me they were moving my car in now and it would be another 40 minutes. Finally, an hour and a half later, a man in the {waiting area} told me he thought my car was done.Service: Oil change

If I could give no stars I would. I came in for a oil change yesterday at 7 am when they open like I was told by an employee to avoid a wait. I came in at 7 and the lights were still off and it took me about a half hour to get someone's help. One of the regular store employees had to turn on the lights and get their attention for me. Once I finally got there attention and gave them my info I was told they don't have my oil filter. So I had to go buy a oil filter from auto zone and come back. They took a $1.50 off my oil change for me having to provide my own oil filter. CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT OIL FILTER COSTS $1.50!? On top of everything ELSE they didn't give me a sticker letting me know when to get my next oil change. They also took over and hour to do my oil change. I could have went somewhere else... They probably would have had my oil filter and were quicker with the same quality work for what I ended up paying all together having to buy my own oil filter. I want a refund if not for the whole thing but at least for the oil filter. It isn't my fault they don't carry my oil filter. Crooks!

⚠️❎?Warranty replacement battery needs "WM testing" ~4/1/23Les Schwab test unbelievable!?FYI-LES SCHWAB battery lasted~Decade ?Yet I was stuck at a WM,never again!Good luck finding auto department open after you get off work, seems they're never open the hours the website shows. After 3 failed trips to WM with no one to test the battery...(fix it or roadside service is going to charge ? for the next jumpstart.??)I paid for the ?warranty replacement battery. ~4/21/23(while I was waiting?went up 10 ?)On the 4th trip I was finally able to get the dead battery tested.❎Yet as there was No manager & no one else on shift could ring up a warranty replacement exchange."Come back on Saturday before 5PM, might catch manager"Saturday the Auto manager said he was "off at 4PM ? but he would TRY testing it" again and under his breath added"hopefully I can figure out how to to ring in a warranty replacement."?Yet if he could get it to test"needs charged" then I would still "have to keep it, and the warranty replacement battery (that I already been forced to buy a few days prior and needed a refund for.)Battery tested ❎ REPLACE again.Manager then went to the backroom computer. To try to figure it out ⁉️"Battery#️⃣ didn't show up in our computer."It was purchased at a different WM.Your own warranty states that you use the date code on the battery, with no receipt, as Thermal receipts all go blank(Often before you even get home.)?Well sorry I can't help you with a warranty replacement.?WM really has ZERO intention of ever honoring a warranty!???

The people here in the automotive center are rude and lazy. I stood there for more than 10 minutes while they all just hung out and talked, laughing and joking about whatever they were talking about before they even acknowledged my presence. Twice, someone looked over at me but completely ignored me. When they were finally done, they decided to ask what I needed, and I told them a simple oil change. Now mind you, there was only one car there in the bay and no other's to be seen, and 5 men standing in the bay, they told me it would probably take an hour so so! Wait?? What?? Why?? I was told they were running behind. Absolute b.s !! If they had time to stand around laughing and joking and doing absolutely nothing, there was no reason whatsoever it should be an hour or more wait. Other than the single vehicle in the bay, my truck was the only vehicle waiting, and there were 5 people working. I was told that if I didn't want to wait, I could go somewhere else! Well, that's exactly what I did! I wasn't rude, I didn't yell, and I did nothing to deserve being treated like that, and I will never go back! We've also come to notice that pretty much every employee in the place is rude and doesn't give a damn if the customer's are happy or not. They don't want to help you find anything and tell you to look on the app and walk away. Screw you, Walmart! We have taken our business to Fred Meyer and will continue to shop there instead. Not that Walmart cares, but at least Fred Meyer's employees are pleasant and will help you find whatever you may need help with.

Who wouldve guessed that a 3 minute job to get some air put into my tires would entail 45 minutes of being stared at by half a dozen goons before one of them talked to me. Unbelievable. Managment needs to fix their staff back here.
