Worst customer service ever i went to return a pre paid phone that i purchased in oregon with receipt packaging and all within 3 days of purchase. The girl got the manager amy who was absolutely rude didn't even bother to look at my receipt scan it or anything just told me that they cant return it at there store. I asked why she said its every stores discretion whether they want to return the stuff or not i asked where it said that in the policy. She said its on the back of the receipt well its not no where does it say that i was not about to drive 4 hours away to return a phone that i purchased at a walmart. You guys have absolutely worst customer service ever she should do better Walmart is all about taking care of customers but she didn't even try and told me to go to oregon to try and return it that's crazy. The lack of customer service especially as a manager you should do better especially since i had the receipt packaging and all and you didn't even attempt t help me i will be filling a complaint.

The same as every walmart , good for truckers that can take some grocery and continue the route , small space to park the truck on the back by dealership street

Do not order delivery from this location. They offered same day delivery and not never came I called and called that dept never answers the phone I did a chat and they said I would have to pick up at customer service I drive 40 miles to pick up and they act like they don’t have it and have to cancel and reorder and pick up another day. Asked for a manager been sitting her 30 min and no manger. This is a joke

This location has useless and worthless customer service employees that don't know how to do their job
If you buy an item from any Walmart that's not this one they will not allow you to return it here
What a joke!
I mean this is what you get paid to do, this is ALL YOU DO all day and you can't do it right? Or help make things right? Even with a receipt!? And it hasn't been more than a week the item was bought?

This Walmart needs to hire BETTER workers for customer service
I tried to return an item that I bought at a different Walmart and they said they couldn't fufill my return because my receipt didn't match my item? HOW!? can that be if I was given THAT SAME receipt when I bought said item
That I had to go back to the Walmart I bought the item from and tell them to fix it and that they aren't going to fix something they didn't do?
What a load of crap! I bought it from Walmart so shouldn't another Walmart be able to fix Walmarts problems?
These ladies need to be taught how to handle situations like this more accurately not just say "oh we can't fix it because we didn't do it go ask them over at the other Walmart to do it because we can't help you here"
By the way COVID is OVER NOW you can loose the dumb masks :) HAVE A NICE DAY

Lady at the front door accused me of shoplifting. She sat there and watched me ring up my purchase. Looked over my receipt (which my item was on there) claimed she couldn't find it and still insisted I shoplifted because one of my items fell out of the bag in the cart.

Strictly convenience is why I use Wal Mart pickup, and it has been 50/50 on whether or not it’s actually convenient. I almost always have to call more than once to reach someone and one time I called 9 times before someone answered. Having a toddler in the car, that makes life a tad frustrating. Throw on top of having items substituted and it makes me dread going to wal mart. Today took 3 times calling, and then there was a “system crash” and took them an additional 20 minutes to find my order.
