My daughter has a project due and needs to talk to someone at the bank. She called this morning and while introducing herself they hung up on her. How rude and disrespectful. Worst place.

Customer service needs attention here. Ladies in the front are extremely rude.In my situation, I walk in to open a business account walk into the front lady says go and take a seat. Someone should be able to help you so I sit and wait for about 25 minutes which is not a big deal. I needed a business account so I’m willing to do what it takes to get it done. Finally somebody walks up to me and says we’re not gonna be able to help you today but we can set you up with an appointment for tomorrow at 11 I said OK that’s fine following day. I show up 11:05 Karcher gets pretty backed up, so I was a little late I walk in I tell the lady in the front I didn’t get her name, but she was the loudest one there and had tattoos all over her body only way I can explain her “ I’m here for my appointment to open up my business account” she says “ was it at 11” I said yes it was. She says we’re not gonna be able to help you left me in silent didn’t offer to reschedule. Did an offer for me to sit around and wait to see if we can help you. So I walked out, drive across the street and open up a my business account across the street. Either management there needs to be worked on or customer service needs to be worked on, but this place has three stars for a reason.

Probably the best Wells Fargo location I’ve been to. The ladies working at the counter this morning had exceptional customer service and great attitudes.

Terrible location. My husband went in to deposit his work checks from working out of state. He had opened an account a week beforehand online and still haven't received the stupid debit card and he made her aware of this. They wanted to confirm his identity by text after viewing his photo ID and another form of ID just to deposit his checks. The number they were trying to do this through isn't even a number he has ever had. Finally she asked for a different form of ID, after already viewing 2. She took his old bank card to a different bank and decided that was finally good enough. We left without thinking about it, but she never returned his old bank card or photo ID. She was working the front counter and the drive thru. Apparently too frazzled to even comprehend what in the world was going on. Have never had terrible service like this before.

Drive to a different location. I seem to get the same girl when I go through the drive through. She has got to be the slowest employee ever. Also fix the atm so I don't have to deal with this person. Seems to always be too full of cash so I can't deposit or it can't read my bills.

I moved to Nampa in 2003 and selected this as my local branch. I do not often have in-person needs that require me to enter the branch, but when I have, the manager and staff are extremely pleasant.I recall an instance when our finances were very tight, and I entered the bank with a large bottle of coins to deposit. The teller told me they could not accept loose coins and they needed to be rolled. I left the counter and sat at a table and started counting out hundreds of coins. I was embarrassed and alone and felt like crawling into a hole. The manager or one of the bankers saw my distress and came over to my table to help me. It was humbling but so appreciated.Over the years and before I became familiar and comfortable with online banking, I found that the ATMs were in disrepair and would not accept deposits. Annoying. Over the last year or so during the pandemic, the phones often go unanswered. Very annoying.

Worst bank ever. Never answers the phone cant work from bank to bank! Horrible customer service. Hate this bank rule of ten told all my friends and they told all there friends!

Don’t bank at this location or any Wells Fargo. The dirtiest and most sleazy of all the big banks, and that alone says a lot.
