The United States Postal Service in Naples, Idaho is a great and wonderful place to do business, described as a little gem. The employees are kind, helpful, and appreciated. They endeavor to get mail and packages out in a timely and reasonable manner. However, they are very clearly overworked, understaffed, and underfunded. Some delivery restrictions and delays sometimes occur, which longer-term residents understand and deal with in a courteous manner. It is considered an invaluable institution.

A truly wonderful place to do business! Some of the new transplants are not happy with the way a small town post office operates, but they need to realize they are in North Idaho and its okay to slow down and take things as they are!!

The employees are kind and helpful but very clearly overworked, understaffed, and underfunded. It's a shame how Congress keeps cutting the US post's budget, it's an invaluable institution in this country.
