The employees are kind and helpful but very clearly overworked, understaffed, and underfunded. It's a shame how Congress keeps cutting the US post's budget, it's an invaluable institution in this country.

This is a great Post Office to do business with. I enjoy the people that work here and can count on receiving packages in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you!

Anything that comes through this post office is a day later than expected and half the time they are too lazy to come and deliver the package so they stick a note in your mailbox to pick it up at the store. Makes no sense, and waste of time.

A truly wonderful place to do business! Some of the new transplants are not happy with the way a small town post office operates, but they need to realize they are in North Idaho and its okay to slow down and take things as they are!!

The U.S. Post Office in Naples, Idaho is one of those little gems that exist in North Idaho. The Postal workers endeavor to get the mail out in a timely manner as well as they can, given the delivery restrictions that sometimes occur with the mail truck coming out of Spokane, Washington.There are times when mail cannot be put out for delivery if the mail trucks are delayed or they show up late.Those of us who have lived here longer than a couple of years understand the process and deal with it in a courteous manner and appreciate the time and effort that the postal crew puts in on our behalf.

Hours aren't the same as other post offices in the area. We had a package delivered today, and we had to wait for her to scan it. She said she doesn't scan packages until the office closes at 3:30. Opens at 9, 1/2 lunch and closes 3:30. Or when she feels like it Service has been going downhill the last six months. Maybe she needs more help.
