Nick is awesome. He makes me laugh and smile. That makes my day a little better as I hope its does for him to. He does his job and does not cut corners.

Nick is helpful and pleasant. He has notified us of mail that isn't using our PO Box # (we don't have street delivery Notus). Our interaction has always been professional and timely. This small-town post office does a good job for us and our business.

The man who is currently operating this post office has no people skills whatsoever. He makes stopping there an unpleasant experience every time. I recommend avoiding the place if at all possible. He should be replaced.

The worst service every time I have to deal with them. My mail was routinely opened by other box holders, so I have gone paperless on most accounts. Whenever I get the wrong mail, I will go out of my way to deliver it to their business location because this office is such a mess. Items are frequently lost, which could be general USPS, who knows? On top of bad business, the customer service is the worst. Toni, who was previously employed, at least had a great attitude.

Used to love this post office but the man currently working there has abysmal people skills. Also he closes up early. He may not think 3 minutes makes a difference but it does. Twice now I have raced to get there before 3:00 and have walked through the door at 2:57 (according to my phone which is the correct time) only to be turned away. Rudely turned away.

Sometimes when a sender sends mail we don't know what address the sender is using our street address or our PO Box. The post office will send it back (depending on who is working, sometime we get packages with our street address and sometimes we don't). This is a rural town of 500 its not difficult to know which street address goes to the box because we have to fill out a form every year. If the USPS wants to keep their jobs and not have it be privatized then they need to go the extra mile for their customers. Honestly we are close enough to Caldwell where we should all have mail boxes and not be forced to use a PO Box.
