We had a VERY positive experience with Valley Rentals. We were moving from Southern Idaho, we could only move our household goods on weekends and we had to do all our business over the phone. The ladies were efficient and very professional. We had 0 problems getting our storage unit squared away and then when quarantine hit, they were great about taking payment over the phone. We only needed the storage unit for about 6 months but everything went smoothly start to finish!”
