If I could give this negative stars, I would. Insanely unhelpful, rude. It took me asking four different questions for the woman behind the desk to tell me exactly when they do passport photos (1:15-3pm only). We showed up at 1:15 and we were treated like a huge inconvenience. The woman that took our photos misprinted mine and got huge greasy finger marks all over it, the auditors office understandable rejected them. When we returned to the post office to have them reprinted my husband was accused of trying to get free passport photos. The way the woman, who I assume was the manager, spoke to the employee behind the desk was baffling. Talking down to and insulting her competency because she didn’t know how to change a money order. So sorry we asked this woman to do her job. While the building is beautiful the employees leave much to be desired.

Very cool old building! Almost every staff member I had interaction with was extremely helpful!

Rude. Would it be too much to smile. They literally send your mail back if they are uncertain about something. The workers park in front of peoples houses instead of walking fifty more feet and then complain if you say anything like it’s unreasonable. One lady behind the counter makes you feel like an intruder for any transaction you undertake.

Lady charged 13 for a flat rate envelope when it's supposed to be 8 (and clearly marked so). When I explained this to her, she made excuses. I'd drive to Lewiston before shipping here again.

Our mail carrier did not pick up my Priority mail package which I place in the large package part of our mail box which had a red flag up. I tried to call the office and was told the hold time is over 1 hour. Now we have to drive 6 miles down the hill to see if they will still honor the label that was to have been shipped 2 days ago.

Twice in 6 months I have not received my package. Lost they say? Took 6 months to get refund for the first package lost since they showed it was delivered.
