“We were staying in Wallace over the Thanksgiving holiday, and we had some concerning noises and smells coming from our truck while we made the drive from Montana. Within minutes of submitting an online inquiry, Brian texted us and arranged for someone see us the next day. Mechanic Ken was beyond helpful, walking us through everything and thoroughly checking our rig. We walked away confident to make the drive back home. Brian even texted to check that we made it home safe. Incredible business. Best service. Kind souls! Thank you, Brian and Ken.”

“Had major electrical issues coming down the pass and drove straight to the shop, they stopped everything and came out to help me fix the issue which was at the end of their work day. Could not have asked for a better case scenario and genuine people.”

“I am a Les Schwab loyalist! I only buy tires for my vehicles from Les Schwab. Always consistent/over the top service! I had a recent experience that confirmed my choice. I was traveling in northern Idaho on vacation. I was traveling alone when I realized a screw punctured one of my tires. I immediately searched Google maps for a Les Schwab. Thankfully, there was one 10 miles away in Kellogg, ID. When I arrived, the tech asked for my phone number; found my account easily. They had me back on the road within 45 minutes and no charge! ❤🤯”

“We were traveling across the country for our family vacation when one of our RV tires decided to explode right before Wallace, ID on I-90 East. We rolled in to town around 10AM and found Hayman’s. They had a tire in stock, mounted, balanced and reinstalled in less than an hour and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg for it. Saved our vacation for sure!”

“There is a reason folks travel from all over the country to purchase a vehicle from this dealer. It's a first rate organization; and the people are great. My sales representative (Bruce) was fantastic. Thank you Dave Smith Motors for all your help.”

“Had turbo tube blow off on a extended trip towing a 37ft toy hauler. Doug got me in next day and taken care of. Offered me a ride if I needed one. 600 miles away from home, this really saved my ass to get in and taken care of on short notice. Thank you guys, appreciate it!”

“We purchased a new 2024 Chevrolet 2500 HD from Dave Smith in January. The salesman Leonard was great to work with and the process was hassle free. We put a deposit down in late October and they stuck to everything we agreed on, no bait and switch, no wrong color, upsell attempts, etc. They added what I asked for and it was perfect. After a simple hour and a half we were on the road home to Western Washington. I highly recommend Dave Smith Motors. John”
