I got kind of a lot to say but I think it's necessary I'm at Clayton the owner and he did several different smaller jobs on my multiple vehicles did a great job and couldn't beat the prices then it came time that my truck needed a new motor he worked with me on it and again without hesitation gave me a great deal through the course of the engine rebuild process I stating close touch eager to get my truck back I got to say there were times when I thought to myself this shouldn't be taking this long and it took a little longer than I expected fast forwarding now I have my truck back and I couldn't be more impressed and I use that word very heavily and with admiration my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 runs like it was brand new if I had anything bad to say it would be about myself as a customer not trusting the process and letting him do what he does best I Now understand why it is so necessary to build the engine right being that it is a dual overhead cam setup that is very complicated you know what they say expect the worst and get the very best I would encourage you all to put your vehicles in the care of Clayton Hunsinger at Palomino Speed Shop and I don't b******* so this is real talk. Clayton did a rear gear upgrade on my Mustang and he did a great job. He was quick price was right and he was vey professional. I will be sending all my work his way and all my friends as well.

Had Clayton the owner inspect/repair my vehicle. He gave me a clear idea of what was wrong and took the time to explain and show me the issues my vehicle was facing. He's an experienced mechanic that is affordable and doesn't overcharge like 99% of chain companies out there. Would 100% recommend him w no hesitation to anyone in search for a local mechanic that's affordable and knows his business!!!!!!!

Clayton, the owner of Palomino Speed Shop and Repair LLC, is a vacation saver! We broke down 10 hours from home and 8 hours from our destination. We had no idea where to turn to, and he came to us by a recommendation from the local parts store. Clayton met my son and I at our hotel in Ontario, OR, - on a day off, even - took the time to diagnose the issue with my car, picked up the parts, and fixed it right away. He was thorough, kind, and knowledgeable. He saved me from unnecessary repairs and charged a fair price. I'd work with Clayton again, 10x over, and have recommended him to family and friends. If you need a mobile mechanic in the Ontario, OR or Parma, ID area, Clayton is your guy!

Very professional, accountable and thorough mechanic services! I got in over my head on our project truck and Clayton bailed me out. He completed a full degrease, diagnostic, paint, seal and install on our donor motor, patiently worked through the pile of parts we had available, filled in any gaps with continuous updates throughout the process and we happily drove in onto the trailer and brought it home yesterday. First time it's been alive in years and great momentum to get us back on track with the project. Full transparency and engagement beyond the original scope to ensure it was completed the right way. I would highly recommend Clayton for your project of any size.
