My trailer-pickup reservation was moved to this location and I was not informed until I arrived at the location I had selected online. According to the traffic operators at UHaul, the new pickup location is responsible for informing the customer. Their failure to inform me of the change cost me an hour of drive time, as well as the help that I had scheduled to help me move items from a storage unit into the trailer.When it came time to pay they entered my credit card info manually on their phone through the UHaul website. That’s unnerving.While the trailer interior was clean, the front end and chains were FILTHY. That is supposed to be cleaned (or replaced in the case of chains).Employee that helped was nice enough, if inefficient.
