Debit card stuck in ATM machine. Worst customer service ever. Did not offer any assistance, did not offer to make any calls to retrieve card. How is someone supposed to buy gas or groceries of their card gets stuck. The tellers should have a phone number to get in touch with whomever can help, it was close to closing time and they didn't want to take the time. Very disappointing.

I'm really upset because I pay most of my bills with checks and I have found it impossible to order checks with US Bank. I opened my account 2 months ago and I still have no checks. I have had to pay $2 per check and go into the branch repeatedly just to have checks, which I can't afford and don't have extra time for. I went on the app and tried to order checks (which cost a ridiculous amount btw) a few days after opening my account. It kept ending with an error screen. So I went into the branch to order checks twice and they also each time said their system would not work either and to just keep trying on the app. It took over a month to be able to put an order in. So now I have been waiting weeks for my checks and I still don't have any! Now I am paying past due fees on top of paying for all the checks, and having this bank account is becoming an expense I can't afford and a hassle. Nobody has offered reimbursement or free checks at all. I'm considering just finding a new account somewhere else.

I love this branch! They are very friendly and helpful. We've lost too many and I am always happy to see this one is still open!! Love their tellers!!

The customer service here is always on par. I don't personally even have an account here and if I didn't have a different bank I would absolutely choose us bank. The only negative so far is the fact that they charge $7 to cash a check.

There is not a problem with any of the employees at this bank, there just isn't enough to take care of the customers. There is almost always a wait and I only see 2 employees when there used to be 4-6. I realize that Parma is a small town but US is the only bank in town. What happened to customer service. Hire some more please
