“The team at this Les Schwab is the best. We were route to Texas from Seattle in Tesla and we had a flat tire on I84 E near Paul. We drove to this place. They checked and said that it needs new tire. We called Tesla road side assistance and they could not help, we called our insurance company and they could not help. While we were making phone calls, Dustin from Les Schwab was also calling. Because it was Tesla the tires were not available near by. Tesla roadside assistance gave us a shop 150mile from Paul!!! While we turned up with nothing, Dustin walked towards us and said I was able to arrange for tire for tomorrow morning! We were relived that we don’t have to spend days in Paul. Sure enough the tire was there next day and he fixed it in a jiffy! And we were on our way to Texas in no time. Dede and Dustin were very welcoming and professional.
