Stored my items here for 3 months. Went to take my belongings from storage and there were mouse droppings all over Everything. Had to get rid of several items that were ruined. And of course there are no actual employees on location to talk to about my problem. Only a self serve kiosk. Be leery of this storage facility.

I had a very positive experience with this storage company. They were very responsive via phone and email. They were understanding when I had to extend my move out date and promptly refunded my deposit after I did eventually move out. I highly recommend them!

This is the best place I have come across checking out storage places with moving to Idaho. The owners are very nice and very helpful. The place is well maintained and clean! If you are looking for a storage place, this is the place to be!

Good until it snows then they plow all the snow up against the storage units basically holding your property hostage until spring. I'm very upset. The bottom of the doors are frozen.

We found ABC Storage in Payette by chance. It turned out to be a great find! The facility is clean, safe and the best pricing we had seen. The owners were very nice and helpful, and helped us select the appropriate size for our belongings. It turns out that they suggested a smaller unit than what we would selected, and it turned out to be the perfect size. We have, and will continue to recommend ABC Storage to family and friends. We have peace of mind knowing that there is an onsite manager, with cameras and fencing. Their website is user friendly and love the auto pay feature.
