Your app is impossible half the time it doesn't work. Was supposed to virtually sign everything and now it's not allowing me to and saying that it has already been done when I have not done it.

We are elderly and Tammie Cox went out of her way to make it easier for us and was so pleasant to explain things and make it easier. She wore a mask and was very cautious.
