“After 12 years of having zero issues with the service, our internet started having issues, they had a tech out the same day, who found and solved the problem quickly (12 year old router gave out so not a problem on their end) and was quite friendly and professional. The office people are also very friendly and helpful when I’ve been in there, so I would definitely recommend them for internet service.”

Brandy, the manager, along with her entire staff, went above and beyond to help me. They listened to what I needed and set me up with a plan that consistently delivers 200 Mbps speeds and a smooth 40 ms+ ping. They also guided me toward the best router to maximize performance on the road. Over the last two months, I’ve driven back and forth across the country while playing Call of Duty, Diablo 4, and World of Warcraft — and the connection has been rock‑solid the entire time.
