Very nice . Beth manager of those Newmens storage in Payette, Idaho , she is a very nice person. Very helpful. Very nice units. I would recommend those Storage units to anyone. very safe and secure lots of cameras to protect your unit.

Go anywhere else but here! I called and rented a unit on Wednesday, was told I could pay for the unit Saturday , I offered to pay over the phone or come down on my lunch hour. Was told no problem , just pay and move Saturday . Was called Friday , after I paid and set up movers that the owner gave it away because it was being “held” ! No offer for a discount on the larger size etc. Reminder to only go with our native payette storage owners. Horrible service!

Went to our storage unit to find the lock missing and grinder marks on the latch. We had a round safety lock specifically for storage units and it was gone. Called the office the next day because they were closed when I found it, and the owner had no answers and gave 100 excuses to why the video wasn't visible.It didn't appear anything was taken and not sure how long the lock was missing, but their "security" cameras are unsuccessful in seeing someone tampering and cutting our lock off. Just a bit fishy. As soon as I can find a better, more secure location, we're out.

The employees are great but the prices at their pik and pac storage should be alot cheaper it's not fenced like the main storage no cameras or anything. Prices should be cheaper. I hope they see this and maybe lower the prices over there.

?yes! It is a clean place and a secure place? ! Defently secured?! It's times up and 10? , no getting ur car out or ?in after, the gates are ? locked ??! I should ask ?how early ?? do these gates unlock??!!
