Found a fantastic therapist there, Shane. Yet was waitlisted for an appointment I didn’t know about (didn’t make the appointment, can’t drive), after talking to them was told they couldn’t do anything for me and to search for other counseling services. Also had a counselor here who failed to inform me she was leaving and left me to figure it out. When I’ve finally found a therapist I trust, I am no longer allowed to seek treatment when I dearly need it. Hoping to see him again, and not wait another year and hospital visit to come back into therapy.

Front office is very rude. More than one time you think you have an appointment and then call up and find out that the appointment that you scheduled isn't what they have you down for. When you question the receptionist about the appointment she becomes very rude and says she would be happy to cancel all appointments! What kind of management puts up with their employees being so rude to the patients that are being treated there. Ifcould have given it less than one star I would h

Called over phone to find out more options and what is offered. Receptionist tells me its a psychriatric office in a negatve and snappy irritated voice then hangs up on me. I was stunned how are they still in business? Called back and asked for supervisor and was told supervisor is in emmett location and will be in tomorrow. Kinda odd?

Was told I could get in in the afternoons, I'm a stay at home mom and that's what works with my schedule. Then after I become a patient and sign paperwork now you don't have the time slots available that worked for me? Front scheduling staff sucks

Absolutely sweet staff and a caring environment. Helpful in so many ways!! Fantastic payment options for the uninsured. Try them! It's like a family environment there.
