I see that a lot of reviewers say their experience here is hit & miss. Honestly mine has been just fine. Shyla has always treated me well and for my business needs Misty takes great care of me. I've also worked in the financial industry so I do have more perspective on some of their limitations on the back side of things such as availability of funds after a deposit and I just plan around it. I also feel that I'd rather have an under-staffed location (if that is ever the case) than one that is completely shut down as several of USBank's competitors in Payette have decided that maintaining a branch presence in towns like Payette is "not profitable enough".

Won't answer the local phone. Even the main 800 number is hard to get through to when you call. Gave them trust documents when I opened the account. Four years later they are asking for trust documents, but could give to the local bank. Bingo! Done! Now they are asking for trust documents AGAIN because the local Payette bank did NOT forward them. Under most circumstances this bank has been responsive and quite adequate. Now with a skeleton staff, the whole of the bank system sucks. Perhaps it is time to move on.

This bank is hit or miss on the level of service I can expect to receive: sometimes it's great, sometimes it's not. There's one teller there that has seemed incredibly unhelpful through my time with dealing with them. It almost seems like they want to find a reason to not help.

I wanted to make a deposit in my brothers account. It was 500 dollars cash, and they told me I needed to fill out a form giving my name, social security, etc. I told them never mind. It was going to be a surprise birthday gift for him. They have the WORST customer service!!!

I recently sold my house, Money was physically brought into the bank from the title company drawn on the same bank U.S. Bank they told me I could not get cash except for $250 for 5 to 7 days no exception it was a $300,000 check I called another location and they told me they could actually physically verify the check on the phone but at pay at they didn’t even offer . I am extremely disappointed in this bank and as soon as my money clears I will be taking it elsewhere

I go in and pay my credit card off. When I need to transfer money it goes smoothly. Everyone there are very friendly and helpful ?

They want seven dollars to cash their own check what BS I guess next time I will drive across town to go to my own bank. Not a good way to get new customers if you want to charge non-existing customer seven dollars hate to see what they actually charge their own customers for checking or any other services they offer
