“They helped me find the last known part available for my vehicle. A hood latch release cable for the 01 Hyundai Sonata. 88 Inches. I’ve searched everywhere for it and it’s a very difficult part to find and they helped me find it. Thank you so much. Great customer service.”
“Ran the code for my check engine light, got me gallon of radiator fluid and a funnel for less than $15. The Ford dealership said it would be at least an hour and $70. Efficient, friendly service.”
“We purchased a new 2024 Chevrolet 2500 HD from Dave Smith in January. The salesman Leonard was great to work with and the process was hassle free. We put a deposit down in late October and they stuck to everything we agreed on, no bait and switch, no wrong color, upsell attempts, etc. They added what I asked for and it was perfect. After a simple hour and a half we were on the road home to Western Washington. I highly recommend Dave Smith Motors. John”
“I came here tonight in desperate need of new windshield wipers. The gentleman who helped me at check out was kind enough to put them on my car for me and I didn’t even have to ask. He was more than happy to do it and stated he wanted to make sure my daughter and I got home safely. I didn’t catch his name, I wish I had so I could mention him in this.Thank you so much O’Reillys and staff! I’ve always had a great experience there.”
“Shout out to the guy that works at Kellogg Napa. My son is 15 and his truck wouldn't start, I was at work. The fella took the part I paid for over the phone to my son and stayed and helped him install it. I appreciate it so much!”
“Brought one of my vehicles here to get some bodywork and Bob was more than easy to work with. We dealt with insurance and my keen eye to repair to pre accident condition and he made sure it was done the right way! Was also accommodating enough to let us use the car over the weekend so we didn’t have to use our less efficient vehicles for out of town excursions. Top notch guy and the only place I’ll go in north Idaho”

“Ted does great work; he is a man of his word and completed the work a day ahead of what I had initially expected. If I need his services in the future, I will not hesitate to contact him. Also, his pricing is very reasonable.”
