“A wonderful mom and pop motel nestled in the Idaho Mountains outside of Mountain Home, Idaho. Clean rooms and friendly staff. One will want to find out if the local restaurant is open as it has limited days and hours open. If the restaurant is not open, the attached bar has some items for a meal. The scenery is absolutely stunning with fall colors right now. Once it snows there's miles of mountain trails for snowmobiling and cross County skiing. This motel is located right in the middle of it all. Prices were reasonable.”

“If you're stopping in Kellogg Idaho, the Silver Inn is a great place to stay. The rooms were very clean and the beds are very, very, very comfortable. There is plenty of parking which accommodates small vehicles and large rigs. It's right off of I-90 and is easy to find. Rooms with king beds are on the freeway-side of the building and the rooms with double-queens are on the other side. However, we stayed both times in the king rooms and when we closed our window, we never heard the freeway at all! The front desk staff was super courteous, friendly, professional and efficient. They were also helpful with recommendations for local restaurants (Sam's diner right next door is within walking distance and is fantastic). It's a perfect place to stay in Kellogg for a quick night or an extended stay. We definitely plan to stay here the next time we pass through!”
