I would give no stars if possible. We pay every two weeks and we were 5 days late. This woman shows up, pounds on my door so hard it shakes the walls and scares my 1 year old son. I open the door and ask if she can not knock that loud. She continues to argue about how loud her knock actually was. Simple request, don't pound on my door. Told her we can make the payment today. We just forgot about it cause Ive been in the hospital. She then starts yelling that if I wasn't late then she wouldn't have to pound on my door. Contacting the BBB. Horrible place. Horrible.

I've never had a bad experience with them before but I will not be going through them for a washer or dryer again. My washer while I was paying on had Problems so I had them look at it I had got my washer back after 3 months of them having it and I got it back a week before I paid it off which was 2 months ago and now my washer don't work they didn't fix the issue and now I'm washerless because someone didn't do their job!

Terri write everyone card number in a notebook that she keeps. So if you call in to pay with a card because you can’t make it in just to let you now she has it saved, and if you miss your payment she will charge your card without your permission. So she committing fraud, and she still has a job there.

Supposed to have been under 2k for a TV and stand. Returned the TV and somehow we are going to be paying like 200 less than if we kept the 55inch TV. If they tell you there's 100 left to pay, it'll take you 6 months to pay that with all of their fees.

I have not had any issues really I faithfully pay my bill each month the only thing that upset me recently was my last payment was a week late and they showed up to my house while I was at work. I would understand if I was a few payments behind then yes please come by but being a few days late is ridiculous.

Very disappointed with our experience. Had a delivery scheduled for yesterday and the truck was broken down which is fine I understand that and it’s not anyones fault. However, they told us all of our old stuff had to be out for the new and ITS A FRIDGE. They said they would deliver today and that did not happen and they did not keep in contact with us about it. We had to call several times to figure out we now have to wait an additional FOUR days. We were also told the delivery guys are pretty sure it’s not going to fit even though my husband measured 4 times to make sure so now we have to help when they deliver it. They haven’t been nice or understanding with our frustrations and gave us a $25 credit on our account… sorry but this is bad customer service. Also when my husband asked if there was absolutely anything they could do he was met with “Well do you have any ideas?” Ridiculous.

No one should be supporting this type of business. They literally mark up everything well over 200% and sell it to you at a monthly leased price to make it look cheap at first glance. With that, interest is added to the price... Buyers could literally just buy the product with the accumulated interest owed at the end of the 18 month sell. And it's not just the things that are in high demand and low supply. It's everything. It's foolish to support this type of business. Shame on the owners for taking advantage of the naïve. Please do yourself a favor and never shop at Aarons, or any lease to buy center. It's highway robbery! You can literally get anything they sell elsewhere 200%+ cheaper.
