Great customer service. My car key fob’s battery died and the dealership was out of that kind of battery, but Ace had it and replaced it for me. The cherry on top: they have beer!

I go here often. Great place to get inexpensive supplies for any project, as well as my Raspberry Chipotle BBQ sauce. Very friendly staff and very helpful. I've pretty much been able to find whatever I need every time I go! Well organized and very clean store.

These guys are so helpful. I was trying to find a bolt to hold my spare tire in place and the guy not only helped me find one he thought would fit, but he also came out to my car to make sure it actually fit.

A few years ago, elements was where goodwill is now, and when they closed, I was bummed, I really liked the store, then come to find out they merged with Ace hardware. Now that I know where they're at, I'm in there quite regularly.

I love the place I just wish they would focus on wrong price tags in thier store Everytime I'm there one to two items are miss marked and then untell them and they make u feel like your lieing and then your stuck in line until some body price checks it and in some cases it takes a good 10 minutes while everybody behind you is throwing daggers with thier eyeballs at u.i mean where is the 1st step in retail empowering your employees. Because most customers if they tell u the price on the shelf says such and such they aren't lieing because they just looked at it, so where is the empowerment: if it's within 5 Dollars just take care of the customer. " What was that price , ok let me take care e of that for you and adjust it, instead of slowing the transaction and making everybody in line up set

Very disappointed in the customer service of some of the employees. I was picking out paint samples (I love Benjamin Moore paint colors!) and overheard a customer's interactions with two employees at the paint counter. The first employee was ok, but wasn't very friendly. He said, "I don't know much about Benjamin Moore paint. Let me get so and so (I didn't catch the name) for you."A female employee showed up rather quickly, but instantly had that unfriendly demeanor. The cutomer was trying to get a paint sample for an exterior paint. She was immediately shot down with a rude, "that paint doesn't come in samples for exterior only interior." I could tell the customer was taken aback by the way she was being treated. I heard her say, "so I cannot get an exterior paint sample?" The employee said "no." I turned around and saw the customer put the paint sample swatch on the counter and said "that's all I needed to know."Sale opportunity lost... maybe several from that particular customer.I will say for me... I was so turned off by the whole exchange, that I left immediately as well. I will not be buying my paint there. In fact, I will probably never go into that store again!Customer service is VERY important to me. If I am treated rudely or witness another employee being treated rudely for no reason, it immediately turns me off and I will no longer support that business.I do not normally write reviews, but I was so upset by that exchange that I had to write one because the Ace Hardware management needs to know that their rude employees are losing them business! And the employees need to be told, shame on you! You don't deserve to have that job or ANY customer service type job!

Absolutely horrible return policy. I am not blaming the cashier nor the manager on duty - even thought it could be handled in a better way - yet today was the last day I stepped into the Ace Hardware stores. Two weeks ago I have purchased 7500cfu pump for my evaporative unit which has started to perform poorly. That pump was not pulling enough of water, so I decided to get more powerful one, a 11000cfu which I bought a couple of days later, on 7/1/23. The second pump produced a similar result; that prompted me to look into the problem deeper and I found an issue which was not related to pumps, so I brought the second pump back (the originally purchased pump is still in my unit and working fine.)This is when I run into a problem that I haven't encountered... well, maybe for 25-30 years: According to their policy, if it is not their label, and more that 7 days and if it is not in the original package (I had the the carton box, but it was not in the cellophane wrapping which I had to remove, naturally, before trying the pump on my unit ) they would not give a full refund. This policy is so out of the 21st century, no wonder why the competition like Home Depot or Lowe's have their competitive advantages.Moreover, the manager refused even discuss any of my concerns which was right at the cash register, meanwhile, other shoppers have to wait and listen what I tried to say. Side note: a same pump is $7-8 cheaper in the competitor stores, but I happen to choose to shop in Ace Hardware, unfortunately. Most expensive with ridiculously outdated return policy hardware store.
