I was traveling through Idaho on my motorcycle headed to Montana, I lost power to the bike, which has happened before on a previous battery and stopped in Pocatello, ID for the night, I went in to the store Sun morning and Roger provided me with great customer service! I had a warranty on my current battery, he swapped me out w/a new battery and I was back on the road w/in 30min! No hassel, no questions asked, just great conversation about riding motorcycles! Thank you again Mr. Roger, you helped me out tremendously during my time in need! Side note, I made it up to Montana and back home safely to San Diego, CA! Thanks again sir!

Went in and watched 2 workers just sit around for 10 minutes while multiple people were waiting for service. Didn’t even get ANY help. Won’t be back.

These wonderful people helped me and my partner yesterday after our car was having battery troubles that made driving almost impossible. They stood out in the rain trying for about 45 minutes trying solutions until the problem was fixed. They were unbelievably kind and helpful and the car is working better than it has in weeks! Thank you Advance Auto Parts!!

Great experience today at Advance. Greeted as I walked through the door. Shared my need for a new car battery and Dylan covered my options and pricing for my vehicle. After finding the appropriate fit, Dylan quickly installed the batter and my car fired right up even better than it was brand new. Sorry the install was in colder temps, Dylan, but I appreciate the kind and speedy service.

A real good place to go to get what you need. A little cheaper than the other auto part stores. The workers are friendly and helpful
