Mike and Lori are amazing. Kim needs to go back to pharmacy school. She is one of the female pharmacists and she is the reason I'm leaving a pharmacy I really loved until Saturday. I will really miss everyone else but will never use a pharmacy that employs this ignorant, rude woman. I've had stage 4 cancer in my bones for 4 years... I think I know how to take my meds and I DEFINITELY know my oncology team knows what they're doing yet she basically told me she would refuse me service Monday when my oncologist called to fill my meds. Oncologist tried calling all day, nobody answered. She should go back and look at my chart and then do the equivalency math. Horrible, rude, condescending. I can't believe she's able to keep a job. To treat a young terminal cancer patient like a junkie for HER inability to do simple math...I rarely ever write bad reviews but this goes beyond. Not in the good way. I will really miss Lorrie the most, such a kind woman.

Connie in the Pharmacy is really good at her job! She is so thorough and careful! She helped me navigate the complicated process of getting vaccines for foreign travel. I don’t have a healthcare background but she explained things to me and I felt so confident in the process and safety of the shot series she outlined. She is an outstanding asset in the Pharmacy!

So I'm pretty sure her name is lauri, (however it's spelled) but I've been picking up my mother in laws and wife's pills from here for years now, and she is just the nicest, most caring person. I love getting to see her there whenever I go, as she always asks how I'm doing and more personal life questions since after these years shes become a good friend and a pleasant person to catch up with every month <3

They had a hard time when everyone switched from a different pharmacy but they seem very on top of their stuff

Very friendly and helpful from the counter to the pharmacist. They were quick and professional and the line moved along relatively quick.

Rude, unhelpful, laughed about a real concern I had. The employees give customers dirty looks, side eyes, I hate having to go to this pharmacy, in anticipation of problems I already know, I'm going to have. Different employees every single time. Hate this pharmacy!!!!!

I'm sorry I forget the Store Managers name today (12-24-22). But my husband and I can't thank him and several staff members for what they did for us this holiday season! You truly went above and beyond the call of duty. You so reminded me of the generosity of Lloyd, the manager years in Idaho Falls that did the same thing for us once. Albertsons is the best grocery store/chain we have. Thanks again and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of your employees and you Sir, the most.

What a joke! Went online to schedule an appointment for a flu shot so I didn't have to wait around in a disease infested public space. I stood in front of their window for 15 min. being ignored by everyone behind the counter at the pharmacy. Finally, someone asked what I wanted. Said I was there for a flu vaccine and they handed me a clip board to fill out paperwork. When I looked at the paperwork, I realized I had given the information on line so went back to the counter to wait for another 5 min. Told them I had an appointment that was now 10 min. past the time scheduled. They gave me another piece of paper to sign. Signed it and was told it would take a "few" minutes. Waited another 15 minutes before I walked out. I will never darken their doorstep again.

Terrible , that is the word I am looking for , such awful clerks ! They stereotype people BIG TIME! If you take extra time to look around or God forbid bring something to carry your groceries in , you are accused of stealing , I have changed up my attire and if you are looking frugal you are up to no good. Sometimes you are in a sweatshirt kind of mood, maybe you cleaned your garage out that day ! They accuse you but they let the elite harrass you , I was being harrassed by the man who sells the Idaho state journal there , he tried to rip me off by running my debit before the assigned time of the fifth. When I said nevermind , he sent me rude texts on my phone. This ended in reporting him to the police. Their comment was , We love and support our Idaho state journal in Pocatello. It makes no difference what they do. I am taking the 10 away . Big Zero rating ! Go to Walmart or Fred Meyer. Really awful people at Albertsons.

I'm a cancer patient (aka I'm on a LOT of prescription medications). At the time of my diagnosis I needed a medication that had to be compounded so I filled it over at Shaver's and I liked them so much (up until recently when many of the employees became rude out of nowhere) so I ended up having everything transferred from Fred Meyer to Shaver's. Unfortunately for me, Shaver's became worse and switched to being a compound only pharmacy last week and let everyone know AFTER the fact. After a little over 3 years with them and my previous positive experiences with them, I was a little sad to go elsewhere so I asked them to transfer my information and prescriptions over to Maag's and NOT Walgreens. I wanted to stay with a family owned place where people working at the pharmacy actually know me. So that's what I did but today after my oncology appointment there was a medication I needed to pick up that Maag's didn't have in stock. I was told they were supposed to have received a shipment of this medicine this morning but it was never delivered. I was then told I would need to tell my oncologist to void the script and send it somewhere else. The first place I called to see if it was in stock was Albertson's and lucky me, they did indeed have it in stock. I expected a long line since it was lunchtime but only one person was ahead of me in line and I got to the register quickly. The Pharmacy technician was very nice and she was also professional and had all my insurance information already on file. My script was ready when they said it would be and I actually was pretty shocked at how fast they were PLUS how kind they were that I'm considering just transferring everything else over to them as well. I typically like to stick to family businesses when I am able to but I like that Albertsons doesn't have the drawbacks of stock issues, long wait times standing in line, etc. 5 stars.

incredibly rude pharmacy receptionist. went in to get my booster and she was talking to a coworker so i talked to my mom for a moment and she interrupted me and rudely asked "can i help you?" i told her i was there for my booster and she replied "well do you have an appointment?" in a very snappy tone. come to find out she was even more bitchy to my father when he got his booster.
