Loved my visit!! Friendly, thorough and right to fixing my issue. I haven't seen a dentist in over 20 yrs and if I can financially afford it, I will go back to get other issues fixed.

Everyone at aspen dental was very friendly with the exception that billing still has not turned my dental services into my dental insurance! It’s been almost 6 months now! I talked to the billing lady there and she said she had contacted them! That was a lie! I call my dentist and they hadn’t heard anything from Aspen dental! Very disappointing!

I had a great visit with the Dentist and the hygienist . Everyone was personable and friendly . I have my plan for my visits . . I know what’s going to happen and no surprises . Very happy with my visit and my projected visits .

Up until today I felt it was going well. Today at my visit I felt like I wasnt heard after being told in a rude way that they needed to contact the doctor due having dentures done so many times. When I correct that by saying no I received my dentures then came in for adjustment and was told the dentures were poorly made so they redid them. Today I wanted them to fit tighter. I was dismissed by dr. Saying that's as good as they get.I am not happy. My dentures are under warranty I paid good money for them I expect to be happy with them. Bedside manner was very poor.

They were extremely patient with me and got done what needed to be done in a timely manner. I love everyone there!

They got me right in for a broken tooth and pulled it the same day. I was a bit nervous as it's been a long time since I've seen a dentist . They were very friendly and not judgemental like some dentists I've been to. They also helped me get financed for the treatment that I needed to get on my way to a healthier life . Thank you.

I was profiled for Autism a year ago when I had an appointment here and they Do Not Accept Medicaid. Paid the full price and got profiled for it.

I lost a couple of teeth from my lower Dentures. I did this had to travel 200 miles in 3 days before I could get them repaired. Thank you for having another dental office in a neighboring city.They took care of this. I was not happy that the Dentures fail twice the same week and with 8 months from getting the premium Dentures. But let's face it, nothing is perfect and I hope you won't experience the same thing as I did.

A little long on the wait after getting checked in but understandable because theu were short staffed om the day of our appointment. Excellent service from the dentists and the rest of the staff.
