One star is too many for this place! Go somewhere else. They sell you on one thing then add a few more you're unaware of, then they can't seem to help remove or reimburse for their screw ups. Horrible service! Ty is a douche also.

Josselyn needs a big fat raise she helped me with so much today! She is so professional and was so kind to every customer that came in today…even the grouchy people. She was patient with me and wrote out every detail so that I had it for reference later. She is a great asset and great with the her other team members working with her today, Kyle Hutchins and Nathan Noonchester are lucky to have her on the AT&T team. Call for further details if needed she was great!

I can't even express how helpful Ty was for me in getting my new phone set up. He helped my file my claim for the lost phone and helped me set it up (against all odds!). HE sat on the phone troubleshooting with the tech folks (there was an issue with the esim), and HE figured out the problem when they couldn't! He stayed patient but was determined to find the solution. Not to mention, he was also just such a nice guy. Thank you TY!!

Tried to shop for some better Internet options in our immediate area. Really amazed how people residing in the Motherland of Steve Jobs and Bill Gates are having crappier access to broadband speeds than in certain areas not famous for being innovative. I was told it's not even about control, but more of lack of the competition. Yep right in the most successful capitalistic society, we the rural people can afford bigger cars, houses you name it, but are expected to pay exorbitant prices for SLOWER Internet as compared to pretty much the rest of the world. Poland and Baltic states consistently offer faster Wi-Fi in a public places compared to what average Idahoan in rural areas has to pay hard earned money for. Cable One renamed Sparklight even put caps on how much traffic you can use. In 2020s. Ok, Verizon refuses to install FiOS unless you have a business account and registering LLC just to get Internet sounds like too much effort in 2023. This guys got me transferred to some duder in Atlanta who told me although AT&T would not provide broadband Internet in our area he would gladly refer me to Viasat who would get me up to 12mbps to download, which does not even fit FCC's definition of a high speed internet for over $149.00 monthly. Bargain, indeed. Hope he gets well soon and crawls back from being stuck in 1996 when those numbers were considered impressive.

Carlos broke my laptop. I went in to have a sim card for my laptop. Carlos inserted the card wrong jammed it in and then denied doing it to my face after I watched him do it. No integrity. Now I'm out over 1000.00!!!

The first time we went in, Ty helped us. We wanted just the minimum and simple plans with no insurance for any phones we have, paid off and trade in. When we left we got a bill for almost 300 because he went in and put insurance on everything, maxed out our plans and signed us up for God knows what. And we only have 2 lines there. We were on the customer service line for over an hour trying to get everything fixed because he said he couldn't help us in store to fix it. We went in again and he was extremely rude and disrespectful. We were then told by another person who worked there that he intentionally treated us so poorly because he was "tired of dealing with us" I went in again tonight about a question to upgrade my phone and another gentleman helped me who was fantastic. Ty looked at me, completely ignored me and refused to help me. When the gentleman who helped me asked him any questions that i had, he just ignored him and me and didnt answer the question. Very unpleased and felt very unwelcome. I have had a good experience with all other employees and manager. He was the only dishonest and crude worker there.

Just went into this store for one question of help, which was quickly resolved and got SO much more with the help of CARLOS!! I can’t THANK YOU enough for the VERY kind, helpful, friendly and professional support you gave me!! Carlos was VERY knowledgeable and generous with his time to share useful info & tips for my needs! Individualized and focused support!! I feel I have friends at this store … most comfortable going back for future support, products, etc.WALKER, was also very kind, personable and willing to help. AWESOME experience buying a new phone and the tremendous people dedicated to supporting customers! Hands down, my best experience switching companies with TYE, initially in buying a new phone to the additional support I received today through CARLOS & Walker!! Very commendable work guys!!!

Purchased two iPads and two iPhones. Did not want protection plans but the store added them anyways and I’ve been charged. Also was lied to they told me I needed to get new phone numbers for our phones which was an additional charge but found out down the line this was also incorrect. They also don’t tell you that when something is half off if you are doing installments and want to pay it off early they will charge the full retail price.

The Manager-- Carlos is fantastic. He always willing to answer my many questions when ever I have gone in to the store. He is very knowledgeable.His staff are also great.Can't wait to get my Samsung 23+.
