“We were headed to take my son to college and the topper we got with his truck did not come with a key. We needed to be able to lock up the back with all his stuff when stopping for the night.
We came from Billings, MT and I had call every Leer dealer from MT to Utah and these were the only ones that asked for photos and let me know they might have something he could use to replace the t handle.
Turns out this was not an original Leer set up but he was able to get it replaced and working in less than 20 minutes. Great service and gave us peace of mind on our travels.

“We had some car issues with our Prius while on a road trip to Idaho. I called another dealership and was told the next appt wasn't for 5 days. My husband tried to diagnose and fix what he could without tools but it wasn't fixing the problem. I randomly called this dealership out of desperation and was transferred to the service Dept which also said they didn't have appts for 5 days. I explained to the gal on the phone that we couldn't wait til Monday because we needed to be back to work on Monday in California. She said she'd have me speak to Jamal. I speak to Jamal and explain to him what's going on with the car and he said, if you can bring the car by we can plug it in to the code reader to see what's going on. So we rush to get there about an hour before they close and they got us in just in time to figure out that we shouldn't drive the car. They weren't exactly sure what was going on yet but said there might be a good chance they could figure it out and fix it if we left it overnight because they could continue in the morning. I was skeptical because I didn't want to get stuck in Pocatello for a week once they took the car apart plus thought they would rape us in price especially since we weren't local. We were kind of at their mercy but they did us right. Everyone was friendly while we waited. The inside of the dealership was comfortable and they had the nicest bathrooms I've seen in a dealership. There was a good selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate while we waited. Jamal kept us informed on the timing and what to expect. He went above and beyond to help us. We ended up having to leave the car there to wait for parts for a day, Jamal found us a rental car. He literally saved our vacation and we were able to finish exploring Idaho while we waited for the car to be fixed. The parts came in as expected and to our surprise, all of the work was under warranty. It barely cost us anything. I can't say enough about the customer service we received from this dealership. Jamal was very genuine and honest, he deserves a shout out for getting us home safely and letting us leave Idaho with good memories. Thank you also to the shuttle drivers that shuttled us to and from our hotel: George and the young man from Davis going to college. We are so happy we left our trust in you all. The mechanic quickly diagnose the problem and made it so the hood shut completely flush. Did an excellent job and they only charged me $40. They know what they're doing. “Definitely shop at Sterling battery company the battery my son needed for his car nowhere else in town had in stock. It looks like we were going to have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for him to have a battery we were so worried that we were going to have to rent a car until we could get a battery for his car but that was not the case. Sterling had the battery not only did they have the battery it was the most reasonably priced place to get the battery. The staff was super helpful and friendly. You leave here with a smile on your face good quality service. This is one of the great reasons I love shopping local you get to meet the amazing people like we've got two at Sterling and you get amazing service I just have not had this type of service at other places that are in Pocatello definitely worth shopping here for your battery needs.”

“My experience at Stone's Hyundai Pocatello was the best customer service experience I have had so far purchasing a new or used vehicle. My salesperson, Avery, was friendly, polite, patient, incredibly knowledgeable about the two vehicles I looked at, and not too pushy or aggressive during any step of the process. I generally felt at ease, and he answered all of my many questions. I was able to immediately test drive one of the vehicles I looked at, both with Avery and then alone (which was really appreciated so I didn't feel any pressure and could really listen to/feel the vehicle). The negotiation process featured a few of the usual tactics you expect from car dealerships, but wasn't bad overall, and both Avery and his manager were able to get through the paperwork and financing process with me pretty quickly for my new 2026 Tucson Hybrid. While I can't yet rate the service department...as far as purchasing a new vehicle goes, from start to finish it really doesn't get much better than this! Avery has even checked in with me via text message a couple times since I purchased my Tucson to see how things are going and ask if I have any questions, and he is responsive to texts back. I would absolutely recommend Stone's Hyundai to anyone looking at potentially purchasing a Hyundai. Ask for Avery!”
