I mean this is really all I have to show. Maybe y’all should be more helpful. And when someone is asking for help with their vehicle because they want to make sure they are safe driving out through the mountains don’t assure them the parts will fit their vehicle. So when I come back on Wednesday y’all better be fully refunding me for two sets of them. I was told “only one chain per box”. Yeah well when one has two and the other has one… hmm. Something ain’t mathing. Maybe hire more competent people.

Absolutely the WORST auto parts store I have ever been to! They sold me a defective alternator and told me that I have to pay to have it installed AGAIN. When I asked why they don't think it is their responsibility for selling a bad part, they said "It happens all the time."
WHAT!
So because you sell bad parts "all the time" it's up to me to pay double to fix my car? I am a single mom, it took EVERY dollar I had to buy the part and have it installed. I definitely didn't budget in any way to have it done twice.
Autozone refuses to take any responsibility for THEIR mistake, and for not testing the alternator before selling it. They claimed when they opened the box it "looked good" so they didn't test it on the machine.
Their negligence is absolutely not acceptable. I will NEVER do business here again, and I suggest you don't either unless you want to get screwed over.
UPDATE. (9/22)
Manager called yesterday, because they don't like bad reviews, and Said they'd get me a replacement alternator. They called again yesterday to let me know it was in the store.
I just went to pick it up, and they wouldn't let me take it unless I paid for it AGAIN. I am obviously not going to do that. So, no replacement part.
This store and it's employees are full of crap, and obviously do not care about the customer. Whatsoever.
From refusing to take responsibility, to expecting me to pay twice for the same part, it has been an absolutely absurd attempt to repair my vehicle. I will never do business here again, and if you value your time or money, I suggest you go to O'Reilly. Which I should have done, but I wanted to save $5. That was obviously my mistake.

I was in yesterday to buy a battery. Yes I was buying the cheap battery and I knew that as that is what I could afford. My problem is that your employee Chance called the battery a shot battery. As an employee even if you don't like the product or warranty you do not refer to your products like that. I will never buy from Autozone again because of this. Train your employees better

Love the rewards program but was disappointed that not only did they not have my oil filter but there wasn't even the possibility to order it and it's literally the oem for my vehicle. Weird

From out of state and I was camping and my blades needed replaced. Chance helped me look up my particular Camper Van and get the right blades and even installed them for me. 5 stars service!!
