“So I have to give a big shout out to Alexx and Sadie Graham at the O'Reilly's in Pocatello, ID, store number 3701. My vehicle was overheating after having some work done on it, mechanic forgot to refill the coolant (not naming names, it can happen I suppose). Sadie and Alexx got my coolant filled back up. I was in a panic cuz I still had to get home 45 mins away and they both made me feel so much better and filling the coolant (which was extremely low) has so far resolved the problem! Got home with no more issues! Thank you Sadie and Alexx! I highly recommend that if you live in Pocatello you go to that store, they both went above and beyond in my eyes!!!”

“Definitely shop at Sterling battery company the battery my son needed for his car nowhere else in town had in stock. It looks like we were going to have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for him to have a battery we were so worried that we were going to have to rent a car until we could get a battery for his car but that was not the case. Sterling had the battery not only did they have the battery it was the most reasonably priced place to get the battery. The staff was super helpful and friendly. You leave here with a smile on your face good quality service. This is one of the great reasons I love shopping local you get to meet the amazing people like we've got two at Sterling and you get amazing service I just have not had this type of service at other places that are in Pocatello definitely worth shopping here for your battery needs.”
