I rented a unit on June 15, 2024 and needed to have someone take off the tag. When we went on the 17th at 10am (when they should have been open) no one was there we waited til 11 and still no one arrived I call several time but never received a call back. I'm very disappointed.

They say they will bring you a storage unit that is ready to go and clean, but I guarantee that five days and you'll find mice crap all over your unit, and our unit had mice crap in it when we first moved in we thought it would just not be a problem. Would not recommend this place at all.

This company was great to work with until they sold to their new owners, where we have seen a price increase twice over the last 6 months from $85.00 to $112.00. While this is still a "competitive cost" 2 price increases in less then 6 months has earned this company 2 stars.

The middle row is not made to bring in a 35ft trailer. That took some amazing driving and a lot of wall hugging and prayers.

We went there and all it is a health food store with cheap vitamins in the office. Kind of deceiving if you are asking me... No one is in the office at noon and can't talk to anyone about pricing. Good luck getting your money back if there is a problem.Bad reviews and problems everywhere easily found online. There are lots of more honest storage businesses in town that you might want to try, you will get a much better price and better service. disappointed.

Bad reviews, lots of one star reviews on Yelp. We waited for 2 hours for someone to show up so we can check the storage units and no one came to the office. We came back again three hours later and still no one there and no-one answers phones. Then finally a rude lady picked up the phone and told us that they sell emergency essentials ...like pots and pans. We found a much better prices and better reviews across the town. The stuff that they auction when you default on your payments is a scary thing. Andy
