Thr store employee was great but I called and had a hard time getting to a live agent that I could understand.that is the reason I went to another carrier and I guess im out the money that was paid after I cancelled because of the customer service

These guys are a FREAKING JOKE!!!
They do not help you with any issues.
I was eligible for an upgrade on my phone and I went to go upgrade it on their website, but it kept coming up with an error. So I called their customer service and spoke with multiple people, and no one could help me fix the issue. They wanted me to pay more money and have me change my plan. No one will listen to your concerns; they will just hang up on you and not listen to what you have to say or help you.

Horrible company I paid my bill in full on the 3rd using auto pay like always. Was forced to pay my bill again 2 weeks later. I tried calling to straighten it out and was told I never paid it when I said I had bank statements to prove i paid i was hung up on

They were liars. The Mexican beezy and the white dude on the left. My service still sucks. Yes..They helped a lil and store was very clean. I was tried when the gentleman locked the door with my phone still.... Claimed he had to pee... Which was cool

Talk about a night and day difference. I don’t know how many times I left frustrated a couple of years ago but now unbelievable customer service! Clint is great help and they actually have phones. Best cell store Pocatello has ever seen.
