“My sister and I were in town visiting our mom for Mother's Day a few years back. Mom wanted steak for her special dinner, so we decided to try the Butcher Block. We were not disappointed. The Ribeyes that we got were the best we had ever had and the customer service was excellent.”
“When Adora Pandoah posted her review, she failed to mention that the part she was missing was the skin. We skin our hogs in our butchering operation instead of scalding them which removes the hair. She wouldn't have wanted the skin with the hair on it. So, we replaced her skin with some we bought commercially at our own expense. It's sad when someone isn't honest in their review. Because we're a small operation, we're hands on in our business. When we receive an unfair review, these people are no longer welcome to do business with us.......”
