Went to get information on a car that has been on the lot for a couple of months now, I arrived at 6, knowing they close at 7. I was just there pretty much to get an ideal of what the process of getting me into that car, I explained what was going on, how much I was expecting to put down, and when. After I was given a piece of paper with an outrageous number, nothing I had explained was included in those numbers. I felt rushed, like they were taking advantage of me, and didn't want my buiness. I was also expecting a call back from them the next day because I was still willing to leave a deposit. Because it was the car I wanted and had been sitting on their lot for months. You don't treat potential customers this way.

My son purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram pickup truck. Had it for only 2 weeks when it lost power and the lights flickered. He was charged 435.00 to replace battery that, apparently, wasn't covered by the warranty. He took it home and had the same problem. Now they want to charge him 1000.00 to replace alternator (not under warranty). He is a disabled veteran and on a fixed income. They should give him his money back or another vehicle. It has been in the shop longer than he's owned it. I believe that falls under the lemon law. Make it right Cole Chevrole.

Carlos was great. They checked my car for a problem with the AC. He had quoted me a price before leaving, checked on the extended warranty found out they wouldn’t cover the inspection and charged me less then what he quoted.

I always get treated so well at this shop. They take great care of my car and never try to talk me into things that aren't necessary. They tell me what they would do or what they would want for their mom, sister, daughter, etc. and allow me to make the ultimate decision without making me feel foolish if I am not able to do the full repair at that time. Clean lobby and friendly staff all around, great experience.

Avoid Cole Chevrolet Service at all costs! If you break down in Pocatello, try to limp to Idaho Falls if you can. They misdiagnosed my issues and I spent almost $4000 completely unnecessarily. (This is according to Jerry Seiner Chevrolet in Salt Lake City who had to replace everything Cold did to my truck). I left Cole with the same exact problems that I came in with, and had to get my entire DEF system replaced in Salt Lake City after I drove home on Limp mode from Pocatello to Salt Lake. Zero stars and they were NOT helpful when I have tried to call them for help. The service manager was rude and belligerent.

I had my truck towed here blindly on a weekend. They fit me in the schedule and had me fixed up in two days. Great communication, accurate diagnosis, and fair price. I will definitely return if needed.

Buying a new car is a challenge these days, luckily I was able to find exactly what I wanted at Cole Chevrolet. Although we live in Herriman, Utah, Justin made it a breeze to handle the deal. He kept me updated on the arrival of my new car and has everything ready to go when we arrived! I'd highly recommend Cole Chevrolet and especially Justin!

This place is a joke. I drove an hour and a half to look at a used truck. As they were running my credit someone called and put a deposit on it and all of a sudden I could not buy it. They said they didn't even get my credit ran, but then I looked and I have a hard inquiry from them. This company seems to care more about money than helping someone find a vehicle. I will not ever buy from this company. The salesman was very nice and seemed to really want to help me. But for the company to allow this type of practice shows that they are only looking for your money! And to boot, when we went inside to check on progress, we were told that they had another deal already approved selling the for $1500 more than the KSL I saw. Shady practices!

I have been working with Kenneth Ashcraft for months trying to find the EXACT truck I wanted, which wasn't easy because I was extremely picky, as well as being two states away. We finally decided to just custom order one since what I wanted was hard to find. Kenneth worked with me back and forth getting the finest details and making sure everything was perfect. Throughout the wait time he updated me regularly and was awesome. Jim II was great as well when it came time to finalize the financing. Amazing experience from start to pickup date. Can't say enough good things about Cole Chevrolet.

We are now on our 3rd new vehicle through Cole. Hands down best dealership around. Great customer service from the sales team and I would only ever deal with Justin Romriell. He has gotten us in and out the door with a great deal every time. The service manager needs a little upgrade to his attitude but they still got my truck in and out the door quickly for service. If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle, give them a shot before you commit to the purchase..they'll come through for you.
