Not only were the employees superbly knowledgeable but also kind, helpful and quick with the repair; I ended up picking up my computer the same day I dropped it off. “No complaints here. They had my laptop for 1 day and were able to salvage the hard drive from a old destroyed laptop and transfer all my data, photos and music on to a new laptop (and I didn't even have a power source for the old, dead laptop!). They also gave me back the old hard drive, just in case something was missing, we could back and get it off there. Could not have asked for it have gone any smoother. Will be doing business with these guys again for sure!”
